My 2012 Cruze was recently totaled, luckily nobody hurt, my vehicle was parked and unoccupied. I went in only to "look" as I still had rental vehicle. It was the most wonderful experience with Joe, Andre, and Ryan. They didn't rush me and actually listened to my concerns of used vs new, cost/payment, safety and my happiness. I couldn't believe they even arranged for Hertz to pickup my vehicle and I drove home in a Brand New 2023 Chevy Trailblazer! Andre even stayed until I was in my vehicle ready to drive away. They even put a big pink bow on the hood, which "tickled me pink"! I love the fact, too, that they had so many pink bows in honor of Breast Cancer month as I have coworkers and friends who have battled that disease.
