I have purchased many vehicles over the years, and there has never been a smoother process than at Advantage Chevrolet of Bolingbrook, Illinois. The success of my recent purchase is due in very large measure to my salesperson, Mr. Andre Thomas. I have been wanting to purchase a Corvette (C8) for several years. I had finally saved up enough money, but there has been none is stock. If you found one, there was a “market adjustment” of $10,000 - $25,000 tacked on. When I first contacted Andre via text, I learned a car of interest on the Advantage website had just sold. Fast forward 6 weeks later. Andre remembered our communication, and he called me to say, “I have two Corvettes coming in on a truck. Are you still in the market?” Unreal, right? Well, that is exactly how the rest of the process was handled – professionally and thoughtfully. Even when I noticed a minor issue about the deal’s final paperwork, Andre took the time to hear me out. He saw where the mistake occurred (not of his making) and immediately corrected it. Please keep in mind, a 2023 Corvette is in very high demand. He could have told me, “Go pound sand.” Rather, he said to me, “It’s not about ego; it’s about doing what is right.” Amen!
