Pei Pei is a good salesperson. I have purchased my second car from her within a year. This time I bought a 2020 CRV. I had to work with some numbers but they honored my numbers. The good thing is that all deal took only a few hours to complete. Most of the interactions were on phone/ text or email. Which is great. The only thing missing was that purchase could not be 100% online. I still had to go to the dealership to do the paperwork. It would have been great if everything could have been virtual/Zoom. Pei Pei and her manager Kevin is great to work with. I would highly recommend them for a wonderful experience. More

Would like to share my pain and gain as part of purchasing a new HONDA CRV last week. Once we decided to purchase a SUV and zeroed in with HONDA CRV, then the “buying experience” came into play. Wi purchasing a new HONDA CRV last week. Once we decided to purchase a SUV and zeroed in with HONDA CRV, then the “buying experience” came into play. Within the vicinity of 30-40 miles radius, I looked into all HONDA dealers. Went to three dealers and test drove the CRV. Reached out to others to get a quote for the exact model/trim of my car choice. While many quoted high prices with a note that we would be happy to earn the business and suggested visiting dealerships. I visited a few of the dealers in MD first, to my surprise, ended up spending a few hours for nothing.We walked out. I thought as HONDA is a very popular brand, the dealers have an attitude and may not give a fair deal. I was even contemplating at that time to move to Toyota RAV 4. Right around that time, Mr. Carson Hamilton of Criswell Honda sent a quote without any footnote, but their price was fair (based on my own research through my Bank and other resources in Social media). I called Mr. Hamilton. He clearly stated that Criswell focused a lot more on customer satisfaction and setting a high standard on experience of new car buying. He assured me that his price would be fair. We went to the Criswell dealership in Germantown. He explained the car features very well and introduced us to the manager Mr. Andre Turner. The experience of dealing with these gentlemen was a day and night difference in dealing with others from other dealerships. Mr. Turner gave little something extra, almost like a Christmas gift. Mr. Hamilton was smart to make sure that the car is completely cleaned while we were discussing and practically gift wrapped. We drove away from Criswell on our new HONDA CRV within 90 minutes. Certainly it was gain for us after going through pain with other dealerships. Both the gentlemen even called after a few days just to inquire about our satisfaction with the vehicle. I would strongly recommend CRISWELL to have great experience of new car buying. If you want to appreciate their service, I guess you need to see other dealers, but do not settle down without giving a chance to CRISWELL HONDA, GERMANTOWN. More
