Very helpful, accommodating & speedy! I very much appreciate the text reminders. I arrived for an inspection & had hit a pot hole on the way that was so big that it bent both rims on the right side. appreciate the text reminders. I arrived for an inspection & had hit a pot hole on the way that was so big that it bent both rims on the right side. Andrea took care of that & ordered a replacement armrest that had a factory defect. I’m completely happy with all of my experiences so far at Bay Ridge Subaru! More

I VISIT THE SERVICE DEPT ABOUT EVERY 5 WEEKS TO GET MY CROSSTREK SERVICED. BECAUSE I DO A LOT OF MILES PER YEAR, I PREFER TO CHANGE THE OIL EVERY 3,000 MILES. Unbelievable customer service, inviting waiting area, informative staff that updated us regularly. I never would've went to a dealership to get service otherwise because its way more expensive but I realize now that it's worth paying more for quality work. More
