Service This is my first time at the facility and new to the State. I was blown away by the professionalism of the receptionist/scheduler (Andrea Kass) and my This is my first time at the facility and new to the State. I was blown away by the professionalism of the receptionist/scheduler (Andrea Kass) and my appointed service advisor, Sean Savage. Both made me feel like a longtime customer and a valued customer. My vehicle was purchased from another state and I must say that I had a terrible buying experience which made me have an issue with "trust." From the very beginning, Sean stated that he is here to help and see that exceptional service is provided, which he delivered above and beyond. Sean is extremely professional, attentive, and caring. He explained in detail what was going on with my vehicle which by the way the other dealership in Hempstead ripped me off by having me put in new brakes/pads and rotors. I was mislead and spent $1000 which was not necessary at the time. I am so happy that I came to Helms for a second opinion for the back brakes and rotors More

Especially when it comes to service during the purchasing process of a new car. I am very delighted to report that my car buying experience at Helms Brothers exceeded expectation. Andrea Kass was my sales partner and she made the process very easy. She worked with me over phone and email for the entire process so I could stay focused at work and home. I decided to pick the car up in person or else she was ready and willing to deliver it to me personally wherever I was. I'm glad I did go int to pick up the car because the show room experience was just as excellent as Andrea herself. The showroom can be described as clean, well designed, comfortable, filled with smiling faces, and a no pressure environment. I felt very welcomed and comfortable. In comparison, I did go to two other dealers who had similarly nice showrooms but lacked the sense of togetherness that I got from Helms. Another reason why I went with Helms was because of their service department reputation. I would highly suggest considering Helms for the purchase or service of your Mercedes no matter where you live - they seem to find a way to make distance neither an inconvenience or a customer service level factor. Nice job Andrea and Helms..Nice job. More

The receptionist kindly welcomed me I recently pre-ordered a 2015 C-Class from Helms Bros., and the experience was outstanding from beginning to end. The receptionist kindly welcomed me when I walked though the door, and all of the employees were interested in offering me a world class experience. Andrea Kass was a pleasure to work with, and she kept me updated on the status of my car on a daily basis. When the factory unexpectedly changed the delivery date, she had a loaner car delivered to my workplace by the end of the day. I was able to use the car on a daily basis until my new car arrived at the dealership. Andrea was easy to communicate with, she responded to e-mails and phone calls almost immediately, and she was truly interested in making me happy. The operation at Helms Bros, from top to bottom, is world class. The employees are exceptional, the customer service is top notch, and everyone there hopes to make your day better. I highly recommend Helms Bros. for your new or pre-owned vehicle, and I look forward to working with them in the future! More

She truly listens to the needs of her clients and makes practical suggestions that are motivated by her analysis of the customer's true needs.
