He acts as more of an advisor than a salesperson, taking the time to understand his client's budget and lifestyle. Andreas gets to know his clients as people which makes his clients want to work with him in the future.My most recent car lease was complicated in that it involved lottery plate transfers. The process of transferring the plates was even more in depth than usual due to current COVID restrictions. Andreas rose to the occasion and ensured a seamless process. He managed my expectations by being honest and giving realistic turnaround times. He let me know what he needed and when and made a potentially frustrating process very manageable. I would recommend Andreas Becker to anyone who is in the market for a VW and promise you will not be disappointed. As box store Dealerships go, Wellesley Volkswagen was entirely palatable. They did take the time to work with me, were very pleasant and accommodating.
