I’ve always had an excellent experience working with Andreas Becker and the team at Wellesley VW. My most recent leasing experience was true to form, seamless, easy, and fast. I’ve been a customer for a Andreas Becker and the team at Wellesley VW. My most recent leasing experience was true to form, seamless, easy, and fast. I’ve been a customer for about 20 years and have worked with Andreas on at least the last 4-5 GLIs I’ve had. He’s always extremely knowledgeable, easy going, attentive, professional, and helpful. On this most recent experience, moving into a 2021 GLI, the process was very efficient and as much as possible was handled over the phone, which was very appreciated given our current situation. Andreas did an excellent job as always, and I was very happy with the level of service. I have and will continue to recommend him to those in the market for a new vehicle. The service team has also been great to work with whenever I’ve needed to come in. Thank you very much! More

Excellent service. A used car I purchased at Wellesley VW needed service. Fortunately, the repairs were covered under warranty which meant no expense to me personally. When these situations happen, the most needed service. Fortunately, the repairs were covered under warranty which meant no expense to me personally. When these situations happen, the most important thing to me is the "approach to service". Drew Ricci handled the situation perfectly keeping me appraised of the situation all along the way and expediting the repair. He was professional, polite, and very accommodating making sure I was happy with the end result. I'll also add that I was fully supported by the sales team; Mike Ahern and Andreas Becker. No question, I fully recommend this team for your automotive sales and service. More
