This was my first visit to RBM of Alpharetta for service. I chose this dealer because they are the closest Mercedes- Benz dealer to me and had a high rating. I was completely satisfied. Since I live 45 mi I chose this dealer because they are the closest Mercedes- Benz dealer to me and had a high rating. I was completely satisfied. Since I live 45 miles away and the service would take all day my service advisor, Andrei Bucatari, arranged for a loaner car so I could go home, even offering to let me keep the loaner over night if I couldn’t get back before they closed. Everything about my experience was first class. I highly recommend RBM of Alpharetta. More

Excellent Shopping Experince! Recently purchased a certified, pre-owned vehicle. Everyone at RBM was professional, warm and inviting. However, words can not express how thankful I am for my Sales Professional, Rich Alder. Rich truly went above and beyond to ensure I had an excellent car shopping experience. I am not the easiest client to deal with and still wonder where Rich gets all his patience to let me drive the same car over and over, answer all my questions, show me all the functions of the car, address all my issues, etc. Rich had the best attitude and addressed all with a smile. He earned my trust and my business. He also delivered on all promises. I can not sing him enough praise and highly recommend him as well as everyone at RBM! More

Purchased 350 GLE 4matic here over year ago. It was a CPO with around 17k mls. My wife’s car. When her mileage was getting close to 30k I asked about oil change notifications and she said there had b CPO with around 17k mls. My wife’s car. When her mileage was getting close to 30k I asked about oil change notifications and she said there had been none. I checked her assyst plus and it said same thing since we purchased “4200” mls to sched C. I immediately took her car to a mr tire for a synthetic oil change. (Least I could do) then my wife took vehicle to RBM Alpharetta several thousand mls later to have a service done and ask about why assyst plus didn’t seem to be functioning. She was given the condescending attitude bc I had taken the vehicle to mr tire for a simple oil change. She was told they couldn’t trust what mr tire did but they could send an oil analysis to verify the oil! Lol I had a receipt. I’m not paying for an oil analysis but they are speaking with my wife not me. I finally told wife to let them do what they want. Change the oil AGAIN and reset/fix assyst plus so we can monitor oil usage like every other car we have driven In the past 10+ years. They did a full oil change and said they reset assyst plus but to watch it to make sure it worked. Well it’s been stuck on sched C in 10k mls since she left dealership. Also one key fob wasn’t working and service advisor said it was because we had the wrong battery in it. It was the same battery from when we bought the CPO Mercedes from the dealer. He changed battery and it still doesn’t work. We also were going to put 4 new tires on vehicle but wife was instructed we should replace them there and not discount tire. I understand they want the sale but to make the prices match better they were going to replace only the 3 most worn tires instead of all four. Told my wife to get out of there and had all 4 tires replaced at discount tire and they took it to Christian brothers auto for alignment. Why would you suggest replacing just 3 tires on a AWD auto when they all needed to be replaced ? Just to lower price ? Hopefully can get Mercedes computer working. More

From my first contact with RBM of Alpharetta the experience has been world class! After conducting an on-line search for a specific vehicle I began a chat session with my sales associate, Jeff Twig experience has been world class! Jeff was super helpful and professional and we set up an appointment for the following Monday. Jeff has the 2 vehicles I was interested in pulled up front and ready to go. No matter what I requested Jeff had the answer or went to find it. When I let him know I had to leave earlier than expected and asked if I could get a loaner and have my new car delivered later in the week, Jeff made it happen!! Overall, my experience with everyone at RBM of Alpharetta was truly exceptional and beyond my expectations. More

Told my engine mounts were collapsed..$2,050..THEY WERE NOT! Took my car as always to RBM Alpharetta for service. Was called and told on my 46,000 mile SUV the engine mounts were totally collapsed! Was suspic Took my car as always to RBM Alpharetta for service. Was called and told on my 46,000 mile SUV the engine mounts were totally collapsed! Was suspicious.. I overheard another women in showroom talking saying the same thing was told to her. I cancelled the service took it to another certified Benz repair and did research on what to look for. They put my car up on a lift and CLEARLY my mounts were fine..NOTHING was wrong with them. Not a leak nothing as i was under the car examining it as well. Was this a way to pad my bill? I am not sure but I will NEVER take my car there again. I also have recording of conversation saying I need new mounts! Buyer Beware... ask to see for yourself the problem BEFORE you say yes!!!!!! More
