I think this is one of the better service departments in the Chicagoland area. Service for my Civic SI was prompt and efficient. I waited the exact amount of time that I was quoted. My car had made a noise after regular maintenance at the dealership. My next visit, I made note of this and that the alignment may have been off. That was evident in the service inspection. Been going here for years and first time that I had issues. Was never notified when my car was done. I had forgotten my coupons but was told by Andres that he would go online and get all that applied issues. Was never notified when my car was done. They were very busy at the time of drop off. When I went to pick up my car, no one was in service to speak to after paying.
