I think this is one of the better service departments in the Chicagoland area. Service for my Civic SI was prompt and efficient. I waited the exact amount of time that I was quoted. Been going here for years and first time that I had issues. Was never notified when my car was done. I had forgotten my coupons but was told by Andres that he would go online and get all that applied issues. Was never notified when my car was done. They were very busy at the time of drop off. When I went to pick up my car, no one was in service to speak to after paying. There was a coupon for free front wiper inserts with oil change, which I didn't get and a complimentary battery test, which I am not sure if I received. More
