Slow to communicate. Some paperwork (title, registration, warranty) overlooked and not effected. I paid for title and registration which were not done. Purchase and paperwork paid and completed Oct. 23. I called ahead to Alaska DMV on Nov. 5 and they had never received any communication regarding the VIN of this car. The car arrived to Port of Anchorage Nov. 5, I picked it up on Nov. 6, and had to go on roads illegally, followed by a police car, directly to DMV office, which still had no contact from any business or organization regarding a vehicle with this VIN. I called Niello from DMV, Andrew was out of office; I talked to ?Justin? and got a promise of looking into this problem which did not happen. I got no response the rest of Nov. 6 or on Nov. 7. On Nov. 7, I called, texted, and emailed Andrew, who was out of office. By Nov. 8 afternoon, still no word from Andrew or Niello; I called Niello at 2 pm to learn Andrew was gone for the day. Andrew texted a half hour later. He promised that the title and refund for the title and registration that were not done would be sent to me on Nov. 11. UPS 'overnight' to Alaska takes 3 days. At which point the car will have been stuck in my driveway, undriveable, for 9 days, and if the title arrives too late on Nov. 14, DMV will not be open until Monday Nov. 17, which will mean at least 12 days of an undriveable car in my driveway. Salesman Brian insisted Niello does not negotiate price or extra features, which I didn't believe but had no options to determine the truth long distance. More

I did not work with Taylor Howard. I worked with Brian Machado and he was excellent. He was patient and understanding and took the time to answer all our questions. We previously owned a Volvo and were glad to see it had reclaimed its reputation as a safety focused car. Buying it was a no brainer! More

Shopping for a replacement for my Lexus and came across Niello Volvos ad for an XC90 . Chris contacted me right away after putting in an inquiry and was so responsive and progressional . I So appreciated the white glove service which is not easy to come by now a days . Ask for Chris and make the trip to Sacramento ! I live in Santa Rosa and the dealers around here weren't even close to the service . No games and treated my time with respect . They really all work as a team to make sure clients get fast answers . I can't rate Justin Frey as I did not work with him-or at least I don't remember working with him. I worked with Carl the Product & Technology Specialist, Brian Machado and Brian Bladow. The entire experience at Niello Volvo Cars Sacramento was made pleasant only because of the people with whom I worked. Brian Machado, the Sales Advisor, patiently answered my questions and accompanied me on two test drives over two days; the second of which was with a friend. He is a trusted veteran and exceeded my expectations of how an Sales Advisor should act and react. I had not purchased a vehicle since 2005. A lot has changed since then, but calmness, product knowledge, patience and confidence without arrogance, all of which Brian possesses, still go along way today. As for the after-sale, Brian followed up with me as well as very nice and extremely fast in delivering the luggage cover that wasn't in the car when I drove off the lot. Carl (I don't know his last name), the Product and Technology Specialist, initially greeted me once I walked into the dealership and introduced me to Brian Machado. Once I decided on my purchase, Carl made me feel like I was his only customer. He set me up on the Volvo App and guided me through the main features of the vehicle with patience and precision. His knowledge of the vehicles features was impressive. Brian Bladow, the Business Manager, was as nice and knowledgeable as anyone could be. He even patiently waited until I was able to contact my insurance agent and helped me through the process. That in itself was extremely impressive. When I switched from the dealer warranty to the Volvo VIP Platinum warranty and had to resign all of the paperwork a few days later, he was just as cordial. Speaking of the switch to the Volvo Platinum Warranty, Andrew Clark was extremely helpful and accommodating in making the switch to that warranty in Brian Bladow's absence. More
