Taylor as a manager has poor escalation and problem solving skills. When the team made mistakes, he chose to play/switch words instead of taking the ownership. Buying my car was totally stress free. The sales folks were up front with all of the costs and I knew going in to sign the paperwork what the cost was going to be . I was told about different packages I could purchase to add to my warranty. All of this explained plainly. Matt has been great as my service advisor and is always willing to explain functions on my car. I feel he is sincere and really is concerned that my car is operating properly and that I understand how to operate it. Niello Volvo Cars has a great team. Thank you. More
