Andrew (sales) was great. I was interested in a vehicle, they told they could not hold my car until the weekend. Fine. I put down $500, took the next afternoon off and drove nearly 4 hours to get there. I w they told they could not hold my car until the weekend. Fine. I put down $500, took the next afternoon off and drove nearly 4 hours to get there. I was ready to write a check, cash, whatever. I asked beforehand, whatever is faster. No financing necessary. After a ten minute test drive, I decided I wanted the car. I had to wait in line for several hours. HOURS. I was in the dealership at 5:30, ready to sign about 6, didn’t get into the office until about 9. I wanted to simply write a check, sign my name a couple times and get the heck out of there. Completely ridiculous. I paid cash for a Honda Civic in Grand Forks five days prior. Total time from walking on, test driving and leaving was under 45 minutes. Because of the St.Cloud office being understaffed, I didn’t get home until one in the morning and I had to be up by 5:30. This was not what I expected. Again, sales was great. I was very much underwhelmed by the rest of the experience. The office gentleman was courteous and nice enough. And when I got home I found a red flag on my seatbelt, drivers side near the floor saying “Replace”. Not sure if the car was in an undisclosed accident before. But it’s been repainted. There’s still paint covered over-masking tape covering the trunk keyhole. I know I was in a hurry to leave. I think these things should’ve been found on an intake inspection. More

Andrew Conway was amazing to work with! He found me the car I wanted, stayed in contact with me, and worked really hard to close the deal! I would rate 5, but i am leaving 3 stars because Brian in finance car I wanted, stayed in contact with me, and worked really hard to close the deal! I would rate 5, but i am leaving 3 stars because Brian in finance was a nightmare and made the process very difficult. The bank i went through said they have never seen such horrible process to close on a car, and he almost seemed like he didn’t care about getting me the car in a timely, effective, and respectful manner. I had one phone conversation with him and he was coming off as belittling and condescending, to the point where I called my. bank and told them I am finding a different car. Only reason i continued with the sale here is because Andrew was such a huge help and worked very hard to get me the car I want. More
