The welcoming, relaxed, no rush, no-pressure sales atmosphere of Hyundai of St. Augustine made the process of finding and buying a car a very relaxing and thoroughly enjoyable experience. This was the atmosphere of Hyundai of St. Augustine made the process of finding and buying a car a very relaxing and thoroughly enjoyable experience. This was the by far the best car buying experience of my entire life! Joseph Cassata was absolutely wonderful throughout the entire process: making every bit of the process a real joy. When I first contacted the dealership through USAA, Joseph made me feel completely welcomed via e-mail, as did Wade Wahy. Although I had arrived at the dealership just minutes before closing, Joseph immediately put me at complete ease, showing me absolutely everything I wanted to see and more, as if there was all the time in the world. In addition, Joseph allowed me to leisurely test drive the car I was interested in, throughout the neighboring area, even after closing time. During all of this, Joseph was very positive, never rushing me or making me feel uneasy about the time. On that rainy night, when I first entered the dealership and saw the orange-colored Veloster, which had been so beautiful in the ad photographs, I was very disappointed. Loving everything about the orange Veloster, except its color, I expressed a wish for a white Veloster instead, complete with the style and tech packages and a six-speed manual transmission. Although my savings certificate was only good for cars on the lot, Joseph offered to not only look for a white Veloster with everything I wanted, he also offered to find out all colors that were available in a two state area for me. The very next morning, Joseph Cassata called having found the exact car that I wanted and would bring it to the dealership if I wanted it. My first visit to the dealership had been late Friday night. Excited about the white Veloster, I drove up to the dealership Saturday afternoon not yet ready to purchase, but ready to seriously consider the white Veloster that Joseph had found. When I saw the orange Veloster sparkling in the sunlight, I was beset with second thoughts about the white version being the perfect color. Even though Joseph had spent quite a bit of time researching to find all the available colors with exactly everything I wanted, and had found the perfect white Veloster with absolutely everything I wanted, he greeted my newfound indecision, by being very supportive and very nice, only wanting for me to have a car that I felt was perfect for me. It took me well over an hour, to decide which color I would be happiest with, meanwhile peppering Joseph with a plethora of questions the whole time, still not sure if I was ready to buy either Veloster. Joseph never tried to sell or sway my decision-making process one way or the other. He remained friendly, relaxed, and open to all my questions the entire time. All during that time, even though the dealership was fairly busy with customers ready to purchase, Joseph Cassata made me feel that I was the most important and only customer at the dealership. After my experiences at most dealerships, this was most welcome and wonderfully refreshing! As I spent a delightful afternoon at the dealership, finally deciding on and purchasing my perfect, white Veloster, I noticed how other customers were treated at the dealership. I noticed also that the dealership management supported and encouraged its knowledgeable and friendly staff to give each customer caring and excellent customer service. It was most impressive to see this completely customer-oriented caring at all levels of staff and management; very unlike many of the other dealerships I had encountered. As Joseph attended to the details of bringing my Veloster to St. Augustine, Dave, in the financial department, provided straightforward and clear explanations of all the financial aspects of the purchase. Along with his great people skills, sense of humor, and delicious sounding, exotic recipes, Dave made the financial part actually fun, truly a remarkable feat in and of itself! By Tuesday morning, my beautiful Veloster had been delivered to my front door. It was terrific the way that Joseph Cassata shared in the excitement of my quest for a car that I would love. We exchanged a plethora of fun, informative, and excited e-mails throughout the process and even after my Veloster was delivered to my front door. Every possible question that I had or any problem that looked like it might occur before, during, or after acquiring this stylish, yet wonderfully practical, car, Joseph was right there, answering questions and solving any possible problems right away. Thanks to his diligence, diplomacy, and willingness to go far above and beyond to help me locate the perfect car, a car that I could love for many years to come, I now am the proud, delighted possessor of an absolutely beautiful Veloster, the perfect car for me! Everyone that I met at the Hyundai of St. Augustine dealership was so nice to me, that I thoroughly enjoyed buying my car there. Even though I live in Daytona Beach, I’m actually looking forward to bringing my car to this outstanding St. Augustine dealership for all of my Veloster’s servicing needs. The wonderful friendliness experienced when buying my car, the direct honesty of Joseph Cassata and Dave (in the financial dept.), the much appreciated savings made possible by a very cooperative dealership, in addition to the bargain 3-year maintenance coupon book purchased with my car, and the relationship of trust engendered by the excellent treatment I received from Joseph Cassata and the entire staff at Hyundai of St. Augustine, have convinced me to strongly encourage all my friends, colleagues, and acquaintances to go to the Hyundai of St. Augustine dealership for their next car. Add to that the absolutely free delivery service to my front door (over an hour’s drive south from the dealership), by friendly drivers willing to spend all the time needed with on-the-spot questions about my new car, what more could anyone ask? I have since utilized Hyundai of St. Augustine’s website for an immediate answer to a quick question. The readily available live chat was perfect! Demaris was the staff member on duty when I posed my question. He researched and answered my question quickly with the same warmth and friendliness that I experienced in person with this outstanding dealership. The multiple enjoyable and satisfying experiences that I have already had with Hyundai of St. Augustine and its outstanding staff have made this delighted, proud, new Veloster owner a very happy, new member of the Hyundai of St. Augustine family. My husband "bird dogged" the 2 Hyundai dealerships in Jacksonville but the Hyundai dealership in St. Augustine just couldn't be beat. Great price and deals - they did all they could to mak dealerships in Jacksonville but the Hyundai dealership in St. Augustine just couldn't be beat. Great price and deals - they did all they could to make us comfortable as we arrived late and were tired. The paperwork signage went smoothly and I got the car I wanted. Our grandchildren (3 of them) accompanied us when we picked up the car and were thrilled with the "nerf" toy xxxxx they received so also, "family friendly." I bought my 2010 Elantra at St. Augustine Hyundai and came back to buy my 2013 Hyundai at the same location because after researching, we've found that the service, sales, people and price just can't be beat. Salesperson Roosevelt "Rosie" Ramsubhag was a delight to work with. My initial contact through autotrader.com, for some reason, was not there when we showed up at the dealership to look at was a delight to work with. My initial contact through autotrader.com, for some reason, was not there when we showed up at the dealership to look at the used car. Rosie stepped in and happily showed us the vehicle on the longest and most varied test drive I have ever taken. It's unusual to encounter a salesperson who limits his chatter. I appreciated this because it allowed me to hear the car and pay attention to the things about the car that mattered to me. Rosie even offered to put the car up on a lift so that I could personally inspect the car from below. That was helpful. Yes, the car was not perfect despite a clean Carfax (new pinstripes on the rear door and an unhooked lock mechanism belied previous damage) but the price was right. Rosie's followup was also textbook perfect -- he even made a trip to the previous owner of the car to retrieve the 2nd key (which probably saved me $150). I made several phone calls after the sale about a mix up in the finance office that resulted in me not receiving my tag and title until after the temporary tag had expired. The finance office screwed up but Rosie, again, came to the rescue and expedited a resolution. That was refreshing. I also appreciated the personal response to my e-mails by the owner Andrew Difeo. The only negative (so far because I have not yet visited the service department) that I can think of is that although Hyundai of St Augustine does make good on their promise of a $30 gift card if you come test drive a car, they did not honor the free iTunes card offer that they made as well. I imagine that there is some kind of glitch in their autotrader.com marketing that is making two free gift card offers while they only intend on honoring one. Otherwise, I was happy to patronize a local St Johns County dealer, and this was a good one. I will certainly consider Hyundai of St Augustine first when I buy my next car. More

On Sunday we stopped to check when the 2014 Sonata's were coming out and Andrew DiFeo and Joey Cassata gave us such a fantastic deal to buy the 2013 Sonata that we traded in our 2011 Sonata. As it was Sunday coming out and Andrew DiFeo and Joey Cassata gave us such a fantastic deal to buy the 2013 Sonata that we traded in our 2011 Sonata. As it was Sunday and there was no one available to drill holes in the front bumper for my front plate I had to return on Monday. I went back without an appointment and Debbie Girdwood had me out in fifteen minutes. This dealership is so good that I never go to another dealer to check prices and this is my 5th Hyundai. More
