Joey Cassatta was the most responsive to the quote request and any other questions. He provided accurate and detailed information through his emails compared to confusing, uninformative, delayed on non-existent emails from other dealers. He followed-up through the phone when appropriate but was never pressing. He was as pleasant and efficient to deal with when I finally visited to finalize the offer (no gimmick added, exactly as presented through email). He accompanied me back home with one of his colleague to deliver my car as I drove the new vehicle. His colleague Andrew Difeo also offered great information including home delivery possibility and remote paperwork if required.. We were fully satisfied by this streamlined and reliable internet ordering channel with the human touch when desired. The customer service and the offer beat any other comparable brand and dealers that we contacted in 100 miles around Jacksonville. Best Regards, More

Abosolutely the best experience I could of ever have wished for in buying a new car! I was referred to Joe Lando by a friend of mine. He made me feel comfortable from the beginning just talking with him on the phone. We had planned to meet over the weekend. However, My son had asked me to go to Tampa where he lives so that he could help me with my search for a new car. Our experience at the 2 Hyundai dealerships in Tampa were "just ok", but we were not comfortable at either place. I received a call from Joe asking me to please keep in touch with him before making any decision on a purchase in Tampa. My son called Joe and right away felt very comfortable with him and confident that Joe was the one salesman and the St. Augustine Dealership was where we needed to purchase my car. From that point on, everything fell in to place perfectly. From choosing the car, working the finances and then the happy moment of me driving from the lot in my new Santa Fe! Joe also made sure that I personally met Andrew Difeo, the General Manager and knew every aspect of my car before I left. It was also apparent that everyone that worked there knew the product and stood behind the name of Hyundai. I feel very confident knowing that I will be treated with respect and friendliness whenever I return for the maintenance on my vehicle. My wife and I have had a very pleasant buying experience at Hyundai of Staugustine. We arrived about twenty minutes prior to opening dealership time. As we were looking at a car we liked, a gentleman came at Hyundai of Staugustine. We arrived about twenty minutes prior to opening dealership time. As we were looking at a car we liked, a gentleman came out and introduced himself as the owner, his name was Andrew. He apologized for not being able to help us because he was conducting other office business at the time. The fact that he would take the time to come out and greet us told us that we we had come to the right place. A short time later jimmey the Sales Manager came out to inform us that he was going to get the keys for the car we were interested in. About three minutes later Roosevelt Ramsubhag came out and said ,as the sales person he would be happy to assist us. We then took the car for a test drve. We returned some time after and decided to purchase the car. The car we bought was a 2008 Azera Limited. In our dealings with Roosevelt, he was very personable and very knowledgeable about our car. He took the time to explain every thing about the operational aspect of the car. The car we purchased had many options. The closing experience was just as pleasant with Roosevelt. Jimmey the Sales Manager came over and thanked us for our business. We also met with jason the business manager and Kirk the Service Consultant who were both pleasant people. When the time comes again to purchase another car, the dealership we will choose will be Hyundai of Staugustine and we will recommend this dealership to our friends. In 30+ years of purchasing new automobiles; for both personal/family needs & for my company; this is the singular BEST experience I have had. My 2010 Genesis sedan was delivered in excellent condition! I highly recommend Richard Roberts as a sales consultant. Richard was very knowledgeable, efficient, and did NOT waste my time. I prefer to get all of the purchase details arranged via email before I visit a dealership & Richard (along with Andre DiFeo, the General Manager) were prompt and offered a very competitive price in writing. When I arrived at the dealership, my car was completely prepared, ready for a test drive. I cut a check, Richard did an excellent job of reviewing the many features of the Genesis, introduced me the Service Manager, and I was out the door. I will be doing more business with Richard & Andrew! More

We leased a Hyundai Genesis Sedan from this Dealership in Dec. 08 and were pleased with the courteous service, timely follow-up and effficient maintenance service visits. When it came time to look for a sports coupe as a second car, we returned to test drive a Genesis Coupe to see if it would fit our needs. I had done a fair amount of prior performance and cost research so I knew exactly what it would take for me to agree to purchase the car. Ryne Mallery was our sales rep from our previous lease so I called him in advance and told him what model version I wanted to test drive. When we arrived, Ryne met us with the keys and pointed to the car he had prepared for our test drive. Following a successful test drive, I sat down with Ryne and presented my purchase terms. He took them to Wade and after a very brief time returned to tell me that my offer was accepted. While we were waiting to sit down with the Finance Manager, we had a very engaging conversation with the general Manager, Andrew DeFeo who we knew from our Genesis Lease. He also drives a Genesis Sedan and we compared impressions of the car and its virtues. He answered all my questions about the future Aquos Sedan. It was a busy day and while we waited, I found the other salesmen very friendly and had several discussions with them about old cars, new cars and the Navy. All-in-all it was one of the easiest and most enjoyable car purchases that I have experienced and I would not hesitate to recommend Hyundai of St. Augustine to anyone who was interested in buying or leasing a new car. I was recently in the market for a new vehicle. I contacted a few dealerships only to find that sales techniques have not changed. I stumbled across this site and found Hyundai of St. Augustine. After, reading some of the reviews I contacted Joey Cassata via the internet. Joey responded promptly and inquired what my needs in a vehicle were. After reviewing the information about the 2 Santa Fe's that were of interest to me I chose one and requested a price. Much to my surprise the price quoted was a fair price and they were also very fair with a trade-in price for my current vehicle. Joey was a professional and a gentleman through the entire buying process. Finance Director Jason Parsons prepared the documents. The figures on the sales agreement were exactly the same as the deal that was made in the showroom. Another first from my past experience buying a new vehicle. The usual high pressure and deception that normally accompany the dealership experience were non-existent. This is honestly my first encounter with a new car dealership that was actually stress free. Before my departure from the facility, Andrew DiFeo (General Manager) made a point to personally thank me for my business and was extremely concerned about my buying experience at his dealership. I would HIGHLY recommend Hyundai of St. Augustine and Joey Cassata if you are looking for a company that values honesty and integrity from it's entire staff. More

We purchased a 2010 Sonata SE through the USAA buying program. This was, by far, the most pleasant car-buying experience ever! There was never any pressure. My wife and I had a very pleasant experience. Eddy went out of his way to accomodate us, and make us feel at home during the transaction. His follow up after the sale -- test drive, car detailing, front l out of his way to accomodate us, and make us feel at home during the transaction. His follow up after the sale -- test drive, car detailing, front license plate holder install -- was excellent as well. Jimmy handled the financial aspect of the deal with great care and made sure we were very clear on the various fees and costs. Andrew was also very caring and friendly, and made certain that his staff had treated us well. All in all, I would have no problem recommending Hyundai of St. Augustine to my friends. The product speaks for itself, but the experience at the dealer certainly facilitated our decision to do business here. More

My family and I all own Hyundai's. However, we bought them all at different locations in Florida because of where we live. I have to admit, I wish I bought my vehicle in St. Augustine (but the location w them all at different locations in Florida because of where we live. I have to admit, I wish I bought my vehicle in St. Augustine (but the location was not there yet) like my husband did. He just purchased a new Genesis from Eddie and the Hyundai staff. He was treated very well. It was straight to the point, in and out, no back and fourth communicating between the pricing of the vehicle. He got a very good deal and is very satisfied with his purchase. The staff is amazing and they give you great customer service. I bought my car in Gainesville and I did not receive any type of respect or satisfaction like my husband did at the St. Augustine location. I LOVE my car, but the staff was not what it should be. Living in St. Augustine makes my husband and I happy that we can get great customer service from friendly staff, as well as great service from the service department. If you are looking to purchase a new or used car, check out Hyundai of St. Augustine! They are great people who care, which is rare nowadays!! More
