Great price, great buying experience. I can honestly say this has been the first car I've bought that hasn't been a painful experience. Usually getting a new car is about as rewarding as getting teeth pulle this has been the first car I've bought that hasn't been a painful experience. After initially experiencing a problem with respect to vehicle availability, the general manager, Andrew Difeo, stepped in and provided exceptional customer service and attention. My husband, an engineer by training who is typically a very tough customer as he understands cars and their systems, was very impressed with Roseval's product knowledge and demeanor. We had a really good experience with St.Augustine Hyundai and would recommend them to others! We couldn't decide on a Santa Fe or a Sonata, so we visited the dealership several times for test drives. Randy helped us each time,and took time with us and had lots of patience!He never pressured us, like at some dealerships we had experienced. When we finally made our decision on the Santa Fe,we dealt with Ryne, the internet manager and Andrew,the general manager, through the internet.This saved us time and we were very pleased with the deal that we got, and how competitive their pricing was. When we got to the dealership,Ryne was waiting outside to greet us, and had all of the paperwork completed before we came in. He helped us through the whole transaction, which was very quick. Andrew was also waiting to greet us, and from talking to him we were able to see that he really takes pride in his business, and wants to put the customer first! Everyone we dealt with was so friendly, helpful,and low pressure at this dealership that we are looking forward to bringing our car back for service, so we can say hello to them again. How often can you say that about a car buying experience!! More

We were looking to downsize from 2 cars to one. Eddy greeted us with a great attitude and to satisfy both my husband and I. The employees were friendly, courtesy and respectful. We received great service, a quality vehicle at a great price that was within our budget. Eddy gave his complete attention and did not make us feel like we were just another customer. It was a different experience to other dealerships. If I could rate them a 10, and will receive more business from us in the future. I and my husband would recommend Hyundai of St. Augustine to everyone we encounter seeking to buy a vehicle. More

They won mine. Andrew goes out on a limb and commits hundreds of thousands of dollars to build an inventory of low mileage Hyundai Azera Limited's turned in from sales reps around the country. A $30,000 car with 7,000 miles shows up for $20,000. Not one, but seven to choose from. The situation, the price, the quality of the people all came together to convice me to buy when I was really just shopping around. Stop by and see Andrew or Eddy and see what they can do for you. I am so pleased with the purchase of my car. Eddy worked very hard to make sure I got exactly what I was looking for. From the minute I was approached by my salesman, Eddy, I felt very comfortable at the dealership. He brought me inside, asked a few questions, and then showed me a couple of cars that fit what I was looking felt very comfortable at the dealership. Both Eddy and Jimmy showed me the options of purchasing new and used, and I ultimately decided on a new Sonata. Wade let Me, my wife, and my 3 year old daughter spend the entire time we were discussing price and financing in Wade and Jimmy's office. This was a big help when trying to keep a 3 year old pre-occupied. Everyone who walked by us always acknowledged us and said hello. I have made several new car purchases over the past 15 years, and this was definately the most pleasant experience by far. Thank you Andrew for providing a great service here in St Augustine. I love my Sonata, and will be recommending your dealership to all my friends and family. More

Strong dealership in many ways. While new in this market, their Team Approach is crucial to their success. A Vehicle Consultant met me as I arrived and was very attentive and responsive to my questions and n their Team Approach is crucial to their success. A Vehicle Consultant met me as I arrived and was very attentive and responsive to my questions and needs. Marco K. demonstrated the Santa Fe and the Tucson to my satisfaction. He allowed me to decide which best suited my needs. The New Vehicle Sales Manager (Wade) consulted with me and advised me of the dealership's strong desire to sell on July 30th & 31st. He understood my intent to shop the competition before making a decision. The dealership manager asked to speak to me and was very professional as he proposed a "best offer" to assist my decision-making. I agreed to his out-the-door price. At no time did I feel pressured or "set-up" to hurry my decision. This is a new dealership that is still moving-in to their facilities. Their Team Approach and product knowledge (competition) has enhanced their early success and should sustain the same into the future. The product warranty singles out Hyundai and now the model styling is matching the legendary quality.......the Genesis will be a smash hit. Marco Klovanish (Vehicle Consultant) was proud of the Company, the vehicle offerings, the warranties and the service department. My vehicle was detailed, prepped and delivered inside of two hours due to a total effort by all in the dealership late on a Wednesday afternoon. That output exceeded my expectations (and my prior experience with other dealerships over the years). My friends who drive VeraCruz and Sanata Fe models were right.....great product and good people! Keep it up and the market will be yours. More
