My wife and I stopped in to look at 2011 Sonata's. We were greeted by Frank Messina (Salesman) He showed us around the dealership. We looked at their Sonata inventory. I picked a SE model and he took us were greeted by Frank Messina (Salesman) He showed us around the dealership. We looked at their Sonata inventory. I picked a SE model and he took us for a test drive. I was very impressed with the automobile. We sat down and discussed price. We came to an agreement and I purchased the car. Joey Cassata answered my internet inquiry on a 2010 Hyundai Elantra. He was friendly and courteous by email and then talked with me on the phone. He really listened to what my needs were for a car. Joey allowed me to drive the car and then carefully went over the features of the Elantra upon return to the lot. I did not feel rushed and he allowed me to ask questions and see for myself what the car had to offer. He worked exceptionally hard to get me a great deal with reasonable monthly payments that I could afford--being a State of Florida employee. I found all the staff, from the other sales people to the financial guru, Dana, to be friendly, professional and knowledgeable. My friend and I were pleased to meet the owner, Mr. DiFeo. Mr. DiFeo went out of his way to make us feel like VIP guests and customers, not just a number. I was so happy about my purchase that I encouraged my friend to inquire about an Elantra for herself. She appreciated also be treated with respect and was pleased with her car buying experience. She is now a happy owner of her own 2010 Hyundai Elantra. Wow! Terrific! Unbelievable! Outstanding! Amazing! the list of wonderful adjectives could go on & on about BOTH of our experiences at Hyundai of St. Augustine!! I got my 2010 Tucson on Feb 19, 2010, and I LOVE my car. I did a lot of research before buying, & even visited other dealerships, but we decided on St. Augustine & I'm glad we did. So glad, that my husband went back on April 1, 2010 & bought a new Santa Fe!! Joey was our salesman & he is a very personable young man, & knows those Hyundais inside & out. He answered all of our questions thoroughly. Wade is the sales manager & made us feel very welcome. Dana handles all of the financing paperwork & certainly knows his job!! Again, he answered all of our questions fully, & made appropriate recommendations. Joe King is the service manager & I have never dealt with a more pleasant, knowledgeable man. It certainly seems that the DeFeo family has put the right team together at their St. Augustine dealership. We are thrilled to recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a new or used vehicle. This was my second vehicle purchase in 18 months from St. Augustine Hyundai and I have to say it surpassed my previous purchase then! From my first visit, I was treated with friendliness and respect. I was shown the vehicle I wanted to see with streight forward answers to my questions. At the end, I was introduced to the manager/owner of the dealership for a friendly discussion of the merits of the dealership and the car I was interested in buying. I was impressed with both and ended up purchasing the car a few days later. More

We purchased a Santa Fe in November 2009 and the owner Andrew De Feo stated he would have Joe Lando call me prior to the lease on my 2008 Sonata coming due. On Wednesday evening March 24th Joe Lando calle Andrew De Feo stated he would have Joe Lando call me prior to the lease on my 2008 Sonata coming due. On Wednesday evening March 24th Joe Lando called and stated he had a great lease deal for us.I told him we still had four months left on our lease but we would come in on Thursday to talk to him. Well between Joe Lando,Jim Feliciano the sales manager and Andrew De Feo the owner we got such a great deal that we drove home with a new 2011 Sonata. This is the second Hyundai we purchased from St Augustine Hyundai and we would never go to another dealer for a new car.By the way this is our fifth Hyundai. Al & Vincenza Lo Monaco More

Hyundai S/A On March 13, 2010 I closed a deal at Hyundai of St Augustine. The week prior to that I had contacted 2 other Hyundai dealers in my area. Hyundai S/A gave the best price and seemed to have the best attitude to go with it. Although I told the other two dealers during my earlier conversations that I wanted one price with no back and forth, no games, they both called me later asking for another chance, and seemed insulted I would not play their game. Everything was straight forward and casual with Hyundai S/A. After a minor misunderstanding on my initial visit to the dealership, I spoke to owner Andrew Difeo. He was very apologetic and seemed genuinely disturbed by the mistake. Andrew then went above and beyond to correct the problem and gave an even better price to make up for my trouble. I truly believe Hyundai St Augustine is trying to change the stereotype impression most people have of auto dealerships, "one car at a time". I would recommend them to anyone. More

Our lease for our 2009 Genesis was due in October but my husband and i happen to see the new Sonata and inquired about trading in our lease early to lease the Sonata. We had recently read in Money magazine husband and i happen to see the new Sonata and inquired about trading in our lease early to lease the Sonata. We had recently read in Money magazine about TrueCar.com and went on to investigate prices on the new sonata and were immediately contacted by Hyundai of St. Augustine and our salesperson - Joe Lando.Joe went above and beyond to make the deal happen. On Saturday we drove up to the dealership to sign the papers and met with Rich Roberts while Joe was taking care of another customer. While there the owner Andrew DeFeo came over to introduce himself and thank us for doing business with his dealership. The deal was completed within an hour and it was the best experience we have ever had leasing a car. You have customers for a long time. More
