I am 68 years old and this was the 22nd new auto purchase I have made. Most of my experiences over the years have been the kind I would prefer to forget. This one at Hyundai of St. Augustine was different. I have made. Most of my experiences over the years have been the kind I would prefer to forget. This one at Hyundai of St. Augustine was different. Everyone I met in the dealership (from the salesman to the sales manager, to finance and the owner) was friendly and professional, displaying a desire to earn my business and trust. They did, in fact, achieve that goal. The negotiating process was fair and professional. I left the dealership with the car that I had pre-selected via the Internet. I feel that the price for the new car and the allowance for my trade-in were both in the area I went to the dealership expecting. I live in Jacksonville and there are two Hyundai dealers much closer to me than Hyundai of St. Augustine, but my Internet shopping experience made me decide to drive the extra distance and I have no regrets. I would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone. More

At first they said they were not interested but gave me more than enough info on how to sell the car. He helped me and went above and way beyond what you would expect from a dealer. He was a very professional gentlemen and runs a dealership that gives a whole new perspective of what you expect when you walk into a dealership. They treat people with respect! I would highly recommend a visit to their dealership. More

My husband and I can honestly say, after purchasing many vehicles over the span of our lifetime, this was the purchase that was the easiest, friendliest, and the most on-the-mark that we WILL be back to pur vehicles over the span of our lifetime, this was the purchase that was the easiest, friendliest, and the most on-the-mark that we WILL be back to purchase our next vehicle in the future. We left very happy and saying to each other "that was easy". This is the place to go to for hassle-free, no gimmicks, no pressure vehicle shopping. It was a pleasure to do business with Hyundai of St. Augustine and all the employees there. Our new Sante Fe SE is fantastic to drive and it is so pretty all dolled up. From headlights to tailgate it sparkled as we drove it off the lot. The total time it took from walk-in to drive off was all of 2 hours. Kudos to all of you. Thank you. More

I live in Delray Beach. Last month I shopped for a Sonata Ltd & they had best deal. I got the Sonata Ltd. Yesterday I replaced my other car w/ Genesis & got a much better deal than King Hyundai or Delray Hyu Ltd & they had best deal. I got the Sonata Ltd. Yesterday I replaced my other car w/ Genesis & got a much better deal than King Hyundai or Delray Hyundai or Lehman Hyundai. I traveled 200 miles which was a nuisance, but was worth it. More

We came into this dealer about a month ago and purchased an Elantra for our oldest son in college. (It was cheaper total cost of ownership than used!) That experience was so great that we came in to look at an Elantra for our oldest son in college. (It was cheaper total cost of ownership than used!) That experience was so great that we came in to look at a Santa Fe. The service was terrific and we bought our second Hyundai this year. Great people that didn't mess around and play games. They offered an extremely competitive price and provided the best value for the money. When my wife's Camry is ready to retire, we will undoubtedly be back to look at the new V8 Genesis sedan. Bought a 3.8 V6 Genesis Tech Pkg. I was in contact with Ryne and Andrew on email only all through the process and they answered each and every question I had and responses were very quick. I kept communicating with them for almost over a month and it was always email only. They gave me good proper answers to all my qeuestions and even sent me photos that I asked them to take and send me. When it came to price, i asked for all inclusive price and they gave me a very neat break down of dealer fee and tax tag title etc with an out the door price. I was happy to see no hidden costs. At no point did they attempt to call me or ask for my phone number as I did everything though email only. i drove up from Orlando and they had the car in the front porch waiting for me fully fueled up, I test drove it and then gave them the parts I wanted changed (Genesis front, rear and steering badges and wheel badges). They did it right there in front of me and made sure they took care and protection not to scratch or damage anything. I was happy with that. Took it back washed and waxed it (watched over it as well) and had it ready. Only then did we go to sign papers and they also got me a better rate than my bank. Process was smooth, no hasstle or haggle. All paperwork was done error free and systematically. I was given a copy of all the documents and I asked for a few other copies and they willingly gave copies of all documents I asked for (even reference documents). They offered to drive back my car to Orlando as I drove up to St Augustine from Orlando. Though they could not get a driver the same evening, they got it back to me the next afternoon which made me happy. Overall a great experience and will definetly buy from them. More

Andrew and Roosevelt made the buying experience pleasurable. Customer satisfaction is their biggest concern (of course they have to make money too!), but without haggling, they offered the best dea pleasurable. I found this dealer on the Internet. We were interested in the Genesis and requested some information online. That same day, I was contacted by the Dealership. I spoke to Andrew, the owner, for quite som in the Genesis and requested some information online. That same day, I was contacted by the Dealership. I spoke to Andrew, the owner, for quite some time. He was helpful, sharing his experience and addressing all the questions I had. We decided to visit the showroom that day. It was refreshing to visit a "no-pressure" car dealer. We drove the car and looked at a variety of colors and interiors. We told them we were going on vacation the next day - they said they would keep an eye out for the color we were looking for. (Rosey even drove us home as a special favor!) While on vacation, we decided what package we wanted. We called to let them know and they had just received that very car! Without any signatures, they held the car for us until we returned. When we leased the car, they spent a lot of time, explaining the cars features to us. Even though we had visited the showroom only a couple of times, Andrew, Jimmy and Roosevelt knew us by name, and made us feel very welcome. At the time of purchase, we did not have all of our accessories, but those arrived in a timely manner along with our license plate - saving us a trip!! They installed everything quickly and Roosevelt spent even more time with me discussing the car and its features. If you want buying a car to be a positive experience, you should consider Hyundai of St. Augustine. And I can't say how happy we are with our Genesis! It is a luxury car at a value price - a smart way to have the creature comforts and performance you want without an outrageously high monthly payment. Tell Rosey that Nancy sent you!!! More

My wife's daughter was driving an old car, having just finished college and before full time employment. The car was leaving her stranded on the side of the highway overheating and needed towed more than finished college and before full time employment. The car was leaving her stranded on the side of the highway overheating and needed towed more than once. This was unacceptable. I told her to come home and we would fix the situation. I visited Andrew and explained the situation before she came in. We reviewed the used cars and her financial situation. She placed an online credit application and Sunday we all went down. Everyone was there to greet us. While Ryne and Kristen and mom test drove cars, Andrew and I investigated purchase options. Although having good credit, she technically didn't have a job which caused some issues. Andrew took Monday and networked seeing what could be done and emailed me progress. Andrew has a strong sense of core values and honesty that I just let him run with it. In the end, the best option from a safety and price opportunity was a new Elantra that I backed the loan for. He didn't push me that way, he just presented the options. Kristen was thrilled, naturally, mom was releived and Andrew and I knew we had done the right thing. I short, I trust this dealership to bring my family to and work out the situation with. They are the only place I consider going to. More
