We had a good experience but with a little more effort, it could have been great. Most of the people we interacted with were great and they were all very tolerant of our 3 kids, but it felt like we had to it could have been great. Most of the people we interacted with were great and they were all very tolerant of our 3 kids, but it felt like we had to ask for some obvious things. For example, as I was leaving with our new vehicle, I noticed one of the keys needed a new battery. I asked if they could get me a replacement but they said "no, we don't have any." Seems like an easy thing they could have done. More

Brett, Noah, and Andrew Best sales crew I have ever had. I have never had a car sale go this smoothly. So just for the record Emich never once told me, no for anything!
