Poor customer service and faulty inspections I bought a used car from this dealer two weeks ago. I am very disappointed in their customer service. When they offered me the warranty I asked them i I bought a used car from this dealer two weeks ago. I am very disappointed in their customer service. When they offered me the warranty I asked them if I don't purchase it and the car breaks in less than a month what happens. She said "we are an ethical dealership and would do everything we can to make it right". The finance employee said the same thing. So I declined the warranty and two weeks later my car broke down. When I called the sales manager and explained what happened and what I was told, he told me "you need to take responsibility for buying a used car" He also said "I don't trust anyone". They did not do anything to "make it right". I would not recommend purchasing a used vehicle from them. They definitely missed some major points in their inspection of the vehicle. More
