Best customer service! I had the pleasure of working with Marc Taylor. I came in with a 2018 Tahoe that I had purchased 2 days prior and had questions. Marc was more than I had the pleasure of working with Marc Taylor. I came in with a 2018 Tahoe that I had purchased 2 days prior and had questions. Marc was more than happy to help me even though I did not purchase from him or this dealership. Our conversation turned into a same day sale for Marc! I was told by the previous dealership to take my Tahoe to another dealership for help with my problems and so I did. When I learned that for just a few thousand dollars more I could have a brand new Tahoe with no problems it was a no brainer for me. I explained to Marc that if I were going to do this it would have to be a quick process (my husband does not like this stuff and we had just been through it 3 days prior). It was a very quick and painless process. My husband and I were both very pleased with Marc and his professional demeanor. He was in no way pushy. He listened to our needs and wants and any questions we asked he was very knowledgeable. The other thing that was nice to see is Marc's neat and professional appearance. When making a purchase this big and a decision this personal it's nice to see someone who takes their job seriously enough to take the time to look nice....head to toe! Andrew was as equally amazing. He explained everything in a manner that was easy to understand and also was accommodating to our desire for a speedy process. He was very welcoming and inviting. I live about 3 hours away and Bryan was great with facilitating the deal I was wanting mostly over the phone to reduce my actual time in the dealership. I don’t typically enjoy sales people at dealerships, furniture stores, etc, but I would recommend getting with Mr. Foose if you are looking for a new car and don’t want to deal with an unenjoyable sales person. He was very knowledgeable, easy to talk to, and did what he said he would do which was most important. About an hour at dealership and he had me on my way with the price I wanted to pay. Andrew was great to work with in The finance department and was just as swift and to the point to get me on my way. Great experience all around and the second vehicle I’ve got from Emich in last 6 months. I will definitely be a repeat customer in the future. Kudos to Ryan Meyers for handing me off to Bryan Foose since Ryan is no longer in sales and was my original Sales person 6 months ago. Ryan is great to work with too. Both Ryan and Bryan will answer my texts night or day with questions I had. Good people all around at Emich Chevy. More

Nathan, helped us buy our dream Corvette Z06 and the buying process was very smooth. Nathan has extensive knowledge in all kinds of cars and is a very friendly person. And Andrew from the Finance department took care of the loaning process and made it look like it was super easy, this guy know what he is doing. Showroom manager, Lucky, overlooked the whole process and definitely worked hard to get us approved and he made sure we get the best car they had.
