I hate buying cars. I hate it so much that given a choice between a root canal and buying a car I'd be rooting those canals every time. After asking on facebook for recommendations from friends a few said Subaru Wakefield. They were also the only dealership that didn't hassle me via email after I made an initial enquiry.
I walked in and said to the receptionist "I need to speak to a dealer. A nice one". I worked with Andrew who was lovely to me. I already knew I wanted a 2019 Crosstrek and just needed to thrash out the details which he did and we settled on a car within about 20 mins. My time was limited as I travel for a living so have only a couple of days at a time when I'm home and they accommodated my rather hectic schedule with no waiting around.
After some awful experiences in the past I'm so relieved I've found a great dealership. I'll be back next time I buy a car.
