Richard, the manager is great. I had Andrew as a sales person - worse car buying experience. He was not responsive for days, it felt like it was his first day working on a job he I had Andrew as a sales person - worse car buying experience. He was not responsive for days, it felt like it was his first day working on a job he didn’t want. Always an excuse, and reason for not responding on an extremely simple transaction. It was evident her didn’t care about this sale, at every step of the deal. More

I was honestly surprised how easy was to get my Jetta 2019 in Dean Team Ballwin, MO. Andrew Giger was very knowledgeable and he never pushed me to buy anything more that what I was looking for. Andrew indeed exceeded my expectations as he listened carefully and acted promptly checking inventory, comparing prices, trim, mileage, etc... I was very frustrated with other dealership as they were offering me something that I was not interested in and higher trims. I had a 10 min call with Andrew, got emails in less than 5 min with 8 options, and took me less than 24 hours to get my drive test and the car!!!. I was surprised how fast and easy was to get it!!! Andrew Giger is THE guy. Highly recommended! More
