I was very happy from start to finish, not only with the representative that I worked with and the financial manager that I worked with, but also others that had nothing to do with my deal being polite and representative that I worked with and the financial manager that I worked with, but also others that had nothing to do with my deal being polite and helpful and saying hello as they walked by, etc. I was also extremely happy that the overall process from start to finish was a positive experience and it was not overly time-consuming as can be the case so many times when purchasing a new vehicle. I will give a ringing positive endorsement regarding Luther family GMC, to anybody who asks me about my experience or asks me for ideas on where they can go look for their next vehicle. More

VERY DISAPPOINTING. We spend $38,000 on a car and the gas tank is just under half a tank. I was told they do NOT fill up the car on USED cars. CHEAP SKATES! Plus, they don't even run it through the car wash, because the car was dirty. Then get it home and check the air filter and it was very dirty I had to run down to Oreilies Auto Part to get a new filter. and this car was check out before putting it on the lot???? VERY poor customer service. When I called the manager the next day , he had a none caring attitude. VERY Disappointing that they cant even spend a couple dollars to make sure the gas is filled and the car is clean and shinny. I WILL NOT BUT FROM THEM AGAIN. I may be crazy but when I drop down close to 40 Grand I would like a little catering to. I WILL be going some where else for my other vehicle. More
