I visited the Hawk Ford on 11/7. I decided to buy a 2015 Chevy Traverse. I was super excited however those dreams have been so diminished as of today. It has been nothing but issues after issues. As we driv Chevy Traverse. I was super excited however those dreams have been so diminished as of today. It has been nothing but issues after issues. As we driving home - the traction control kept going on and off. We took it back and the dealership fixed it. The next few days were okay until the car was leaking steering fluid. Once again the dealership fixed it but had to keep it close to a week. I just got the car back on 11-19. They had the car longer than me. Now today 11-25 the Service Side Detection light has illuminated on the dash. As a consumer this was a bad choice to buy this car from St Charles, Il Hawk Ford It has been nothing but issues. Yes its a used car but I shouldn't have to deal with all of these issues with a car I haven't had a full week without an issue. It was a bad choice. I just wanted a car that I could enjoy without all of these issues. The dealership is about an hour away from my home. Now I have to figure out what to do with this new issue. I was not offered an extended warranty until after the steering fluid issue but they wanted close to $2000 for the warranty since I had already signed the contract. Bad choice! More
