One of the worst buying experiences of my life. Purchasing it was easy and if i used their financing I would of got delivery much sooner. I was treated like a third rate citizen because i used US Purchasing it was easy and if i used their financing I would of got delivery much sooner. I was treated like a third rate citizen because i used USAA as my financing option. The main issue was that they continued to send wrong paperwork to my bank. It wasn't until i called and pointed out their error that they finally fixed it. Yet they refused to release the car even after getting assurance from my bank that the funds were transmitted. I will never purchase a car from Ray Catena ever again and I will relay my dissatisfaction to all of my colleagues and veteran groups. More

Fun car buying experience! So happy that I chose this dealership to shop at. From the minute you walk in, you are greeted by two receptionist who instantly make you feel welcome! You are given time to walk around to check things out without being hounded instantly by a salesman. Our salesman, Andrew was great! He was very knowledgeable and made my purchase seamless! Some of the things that made me feel I made the right choice with my New Jaguar F Pace is all the service that comes with the lease. At the end of our purchase, we were introduced to the Manager and he made sure we were happy with our decision. I will be more than happy to recommend this dealership and Andrew to anyone! More
