We are sorry about the confusion and misunderstanding on the numbers. Unfortunately their was nothing shady in the negotiations of the online sales price. The $6,000 down payment that you were putting down does not come off the sales price. The sales price plus your taxes, tag, fees which comes to be your total out the door price. The down payment you desire to put down is after that total, which in this case was $6,000. which reduces the total amount to finance. Unfortunately the way it was understood to us you were asking for another $6,000 off the already online blowout price on the Cadillac XTS. That would never be possible ma'am as used cars would never be priced $6,000 in profit because we would never sell it based on market pricing. Again sorry about the misunderstanding on the numbers but I know they can be complicated since it something you don't deal with everyday. The position on you calling our business establishment shady which has been around since 1941 in this community because of the misunderstanding of numbers is not the intention which me perpetrate. We have 3,877 reviews on DealerRater with a 4.9 Stars in Customer Satisfaction, this level of achievement would be possible if we ran a "shady and bad business". Sorry to be so blunt but calling a business shady on a misunderstanding of numbers is pretty hurtful as we are genuine people that wake up and come to work and serve customers all day long and maintain a high level of integrity and professionalism. Karen is a retired police officer and Brendan just got out of the military, which is in our guidelines of having almost the perfect hires. I would not believe these 2 professionals who have served us publicly would tarnish their reputation over one used car deal, again it is definitely a misunderstanding of numbers on your deal and we apologize. Thanks for the opportunity.

SHADY is the word I decided to use as that’s what my experience felt like while at your place of business. I have purchase vehicles in the past but your word is bond. I am very familiar how the numbers work. It’s difficult for me to understand miscommunication of the numbers when it was verbally communicated several times with 2 employees mentioned. There were several negotiations made on vehicle which All parties agreed to final number and down payment applied in cash to hold vehicle. Miscommunication was on your part clearly and when noticed, here came the lies and fast talk from several employees in an attempt to cover your mistake. Sir or mam, I was not looking for 6 k off vehicle as I pay for what I want and had no intention on purchasing a vehicle 6 k out of my budget as previously stated. I expressed my budget with Brendan, check your paperwork...I had my own financing, no trade in. Awesome backgrounds on employees mentioned but more training tool for these 2, maybe when verbally communicating numbers , provide a vehicle contract with breakout etc. if I was presented with this document, would have saved a lot of confusion and my time. It baffles me when your company takes NO responsibility... none and instead excuse after excuse that’s it’s miscommunication of numbers. Maybe I am the one off since 1941, who had an the most awful experience while at your place of business and wanted viewers and customers to know beware and get something in writing. Your word was not true....
