We scheduled an appointment with Jenny and let me just say we had a great experience! No pressure was felt, and questions and concerns were taken care of. It really was one of the smoothest car buying experiences I’ve ever had. I would highly recommend this dealership and will likely purchase from them again in the future. We really liked that they had an inside play area for kids as well as an outside area! Our connect guy Keith was also awesome at showing and explaining how to use the features of the Chevy Traverse! Our finance guy Andrew was very nice and made signing papers pressure free , smooth, and in a very timely manner ! Very satisfied with our experience at Nimnicht Chevrolet in Jacksonville, FL!! More

2019 Chevrolet Silverado 1500 Crew Cab Custom I came into Nimnicht Chevrolet unknowing of what experience I would have but I must say and then end up being one of the best experiences ever. My sal I came into Nimnicht Chevrolet unknowing of what experience I would have but I must say and then end up being one of the best experiences ever. My salesman Drew Morrell was excellent and his colleagues Bobby Jones and Internet Tchnician Mike made me feel really well about my purchase. It was one of the few times that I ever experienced an overall satisfaction like I did from a dealer I felt like my business was wanted I have to say that coming there was one of the best decisions I ever made and I will definitely come back again as well as get my vehicle service there. Thanks again... Ray Arena More

CHRISTINA = STRESS FREE EXPERIENCE I was fortunate to have Christina guide me through the entire process of purchasing my first new vehicle ever. While I arrived uncertain of whether th I was fortunate to have Christina guide me through the entire process of purchasing my first new vehicle ever. While I arrived uncertain of whether the vehicle I found online would be “the one,” Christina remained transparent and patient as I perused the lot. She ensured I drove off the lot with my dream truck. Her radiant personality, humor and flexibility throughout the process made the whole experience stress free and enjoyable. She completely understands what a major financial decision car buying is and will go above and beyond to ensure you drive off with something that meets your needs and will enjoy for years to come. I will certainly recommend this dealership to my friends and remind them that Christina is worth the travel! More
