CJ was very professional, straightforward, and easy to work with. Buying a new car is often followed with a negative connotation that the dealers attempt to rip you off. Both my father and I felt CJ had are best interest in his mind and truly wanted to give us the best thing he could. The experience my husband Dan and I had today with Erie was absolutely fantastic! He was very energetic and knowledgeable with all the questions we had for him. Erie made our car buying day a very enjoyabl was absolutely fantastic! He was very energetic and knowledgeable with all the questions we had for him. Erie made our car buying day a very enjoyable and special one as today was my husbands birthday and he made sure it was recognized with a big green ribbon and a picture (which may of been of the norm) but even if it was or wasn’t, Erie made it seem that it was! So thank you again for that Erie! Also, Erie made the whole process very simple and as quick as possible. The person to help us with the second part of the process of paperwork and talking to the Manager to get us a second set of keys made at our convenience (within 30days) was awesome too! Everything went like clockwork, very smooth, and it was like a well oiled machine without any hiccups. We really appreciated all the efforts of everyone involved in this car transaction. We couldn’t have asked for it to of been any better. Of course, the big shout out goes to our salesman ‘Erie’ THANK YOU!!!
