I have driven an Acura for almost 20 years! This was my first time dealing with Andrew Risko and it was the best experience! Andrew was so consistent with contacting me and keeping me updated u This was my first time dealing with Andrew Risko and it was the best experience! Andrew was so consistent with contacting me and keeping me updated until I was ready to make the purchase. He made the purchase process painless! I just purchased a new TLX and worked with Andrew. He is extremely professional and easy to work with. I also appreciate that he drove the car to my home and we finished the deal there - super conveni He is extremely professional and easy to work with. I had a great experience at Acura at Orange Park! I had gone to a few dealerships and gotten the run around. However, I worked with Andrew at your dealership and he was honest, friendly and persisten I had gone to a few dealerships and gotten the run around. However, I worked with Andrew at your dealership and he was honest, friendly and persistent at getting us the deal and the exact car I wanted. Don’t do business with this dealer. Steve Soto, Service Manager, is unprofessional and dishonest. He does not respond to e-mails or calls after you make the purchase. You will be treate Steve Soto, Service Manager, is unprofessional and dishonest. He does not respond to e-mails or calls after you make the purchase. You will be treated horribly. Steve is a horrible manager. He’s verbally aggressive and unprofessional. Steve lied to me and had me waiting unnecessarily for months for a part covered under my warranty. He also was verbally aggressive when I asked him about the part and yelled me when I was advocating to be treated with respect and professionalism. More
