I am submitting this complaint because my fiancé and I feel we were intentionally misled during the financing process of our first vehicle purchase. We entered the dealership as first-time buyers and n feel we were intentionally misled during the financing process of our first vehicle purchase. We entered the dealership as first-time buyers and negotiated a deal we believed was within our budget. We made a $4,000 down payment and were careful about staying within a manageable financed amount. However, during the finance signing process, the dealership changed the structure of the agreement and added thousands of dollars in charges that had not been properly disclosed during negotiations. When we questioned these charges, we were told they were mandatory “bank fees” required because we had no credit history. After contacting our lender, American Credit Acceptance, we learned those statements were not true. This experience has caused us severe stress, both emotionally and financially. We trusted the dealership’s staff to guide us honestly through our first purchase, but instead feel manipulated and deceived because of our inexperience. We respectfully request an investigation into the dealership’s financing and disclosure practices and assistance in resolving this matter. More

DO NOT BUY HERE! We were in the process of purchasing a vehicle from this company from out of state. They informed us that the vehicle had just been shipped to anothe We were in the process of purchasing a vehicle from this company from out of state. They informed us that the vehicle had just been shipped to another one of their locations, but said it was still in transit and could be brought back. Based on that, they had us send over personal information including our driver’s licenses and go through a ton of information and details pertaining to the sale, and requested a $1,000 deposit to hold the vehicle. ONLY AFTER taking the deposit, they then told us they were unable to get the vehicle back, even though it was still in transit and they had already confirmed it wouldn’t be an issue as the transit truck would just bring it back. We had already gone through all the effort on our end and even passed on another vehicle we were considering because we believed this one was secured as that is what the deposit is for. They canceled the sale and were directed to management. Management has completely ignored us. NOT GOT BACK TO US WITH EVEN A SIGLE WORD FOR DAYS! At this point, it’s hard to understand what the purpose of a deposit is if it doesn’t actually hold the vehicle and the dealership can simply back out without any accountability after taking all our personal info and money. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE or you will regret it More

The Dealership in general is a terrible place to do business with and should be truly skipped over. What’s even worse is the threatening behavior of the GM Nadi Malek. If you complain about this person, he will instantly go to the race card and play the victim. Nadi Malek called me 6 times within 30 seconds of leaving the dealership and left a message that was completely unprofessional. After the 6th call he was blocked and Nadi decided to try to call from a different number, again that number was blocked. Then Nadi decided texting would be a good idea and decided to threaten myself and my family with lawyers as he harassed us constantly. Mr. Nadi, it is absolutely absurd and rude to do what you did and you have been reported. Your threats are heard and disgusting. Now to get to the actual dealership itself, we went there again to look at a ZDX, we never got to touch it, drive it, hear about it, or anything else. We where thrown numbers which where insane to say the least and when trying to leave we where followed to our truck by numerous sales people including the sales manager. This place seems pretty insane to work with and seeing the ratings of 1.3 on BBB and the hundreds of 1 star reviews, I am glad we will never do business here. It’s an unsafe place to conduct business with. More

Telling me to “just bring the car back” within 72 hours as if that’s a simple task is incredibly dismissive and unhelpful—especially when that policy was never mentioned during the sale or in any of our conversations afterward. Yes, the car is 12 years old and sold AS IS—but I trusted your dealership's word and inspection process, and I expected more integrity. I noticed the tapping sound within hours of buying the car and took the responsible step of contacting you right away. The issue was diagnosed the very next day and the repair estimate came in at $1,100. I didn’t demand money upfront—I gave your team the chance to make it right. Instead, you called the shop, confirmed the issue, and still chose to do nothing. This isn’t just about a repair bill—it’s about how a dealership stands behind their sales. You were more than happy to take full price for the car, but the second something went wrong, that professionalism vanished. I’m posting this so other buyers, especially those who don’t live nearby, understand what they’re walking into. This was worst car buying experience of my lifetime. Picked out a car negotiated a price and was sent to lounge waiting to complete paperwork. We were never given a written breakdown of the deal. They came out periodically to try and sell us different extra warranty and packages. This was.supposed to be a certified car and eligible for lower interest rate. We submitted our loan application and the lady kept say we were still waiting on it to come back. We were there a totally of 5 1/2 hour. Finally she submitted the car certified documents to loan company and loan application was approved. At this point we still have not received a written breakdown of the deal. They now send us via emails our documents to sign using our phone. As we are going over the documents we realize the price of car was significantly higher than we agreed, The sales manager claimed they were negotiating the out the door price including our trade in value. We never saw an out the door pricing only car prices. The numbers don’t add up for out the door prices either. If that were true we would have basically negotiated A much higher price for the car than their advertised price and the price we were given originally, The math doesn’t add up. This was borderline criminal. The General Manager got involved and he was also trying to get us to pay more for car than what was negotiated.. He finally agreed to honor the deal but we decided not to purchase the car. There are no excuses for keeping someone at dealership 5 1/2 hours and not providing written breakdown of the car deal.
