Car repair My car started having problems on a Monday after my granddaughter dance class. I called the Kia dealership and Zack answered the call I explain what My car started having problems on a Monday after my granddaughter dance class. I called the Kia dealership and Zack answered the call I explain what was going and told me to bring the car in as safely as possible. When I arrived, Zack had me already on the screen and found out things I didn't know about my kia. I want to thank him ( Zack) and the whole staff for helping me. My engine was repaired and but another problem occurred and I was notified instantly. More

Thank you! I have a Kia Sorento. I’ve bought at least 3 within the last 10 years. Recently I took my car to another shop to get my oil change. I had a coupo I have a Kia Sorento. I’ve bought at least 3 within the last 10 years. Recently I took my car to another shop to get my oil change. I had a coupon. Decided to save money And thinking. It’s just an oil change. Well I was wrong. My Check engine light came on. And oil light. We had bad weather going on once I left the shop. Took me 4 hours to get home. Due to icy roads and bad weather. When I got home. I called. Took vehicle back. The light went out. But near home. Warning lights came back on. Took the vehicle back to Lou Fusz Kia. They resolved the issue. I was seen right away. The wrong filter Was placed in my vehicle. Wrong size. I was informed that it could’ve malfunction my vehicle permanently. I was so grateful! Not worth a cheap coupon. Go to your dealer! More
