Great Service! Show up at appointment time! Zack came too car and greeted me ! They took my car immediately! Zack kept me updated on the service, which was greatly appreciated! Doesn't learn from mistakes Damaged wheels when placing new tires on car two times in a row (within 2.5 years). Wonder how many other vehicles were all damaged during this time period. Clearly the attention to detail is not there. Also to get a call back is near impossible to schedule service. Can call multiple times and leave voicemails, but a luck of the draw to get someone to answer. More

I had posted previously about my frustration with the numerous visits to the dealership for the passenger sliding door on my Sedona. A dent had appeared in the sliding door track which I believe occurred numerous visits to the dealership for the passenger sliding door on my Sedona. A dent had appeared in the sliding door track which I believe occurred during one of the repair appointments but I couldn’t prove it. Lou Fusz Kia honored my request to have the dent repaired at no cost to me and they repaired the sliding passenger door which appears to be functioning properly now. They could have refused to make the dent repair because we couldn’t prove it happened at the dealership but they acknowledged that it may have occurred while repairs were being done and did the right thing. The van was returned in perfect condition and was cleaned inside and out. I am a very happy customer. More

Repair Department sucks I took my vehicle in for oil and engine lights showing after receiving an oil change approximately 1 1/2 After. I was informed that the company th I took my vehicle in for oil and engine lights showing after receiving an oil change approximately 1 1/2 After. I was informed that the company that gave me oil change. I paid for a diagnostic test and was Informed the company that gave me oil change put in wrong size filter. They did another oil change to correct problem. Lights continued to remain on. Them they said I needed a fuel injector. I paid $1537.17. I was told that my vehicle would run like new. Within less than a week. My vehicle was smelling like fuel. Shaking when the ignition was turned on to start it up. Blowing out cold air for heat. I took it back. They informed me I needed a new motor. 2015 Kia Sorento, I’d paid for extended warranty that ran out at 100,000 miles. I had approximately 112096 miles. Brought it back in. They said I needed to pay $2000. That was it. I picked up my fuel smelling. Cold air blowing car I requested a refund for what had to be a mis-diagnosed analysis. They refused More

OIL CHANGE As always my service was great. I missed some of my favorite people Nicci Pollard, and Andy Strumm who were out sick with the flu, but zack took great As always my service was great. I missed some of my favorite people Nicci Pollard, and Andy Strumm who were out sick with the flu, but zack took great care of me. On this visit my only complaint would be that someone in upper management or accounts payable needs to get the vaccum for the cars fixed. It should either be repaired properly or install a new updated one. This is one of the main features (along with the car washed off) that I look forward to. Unfortunately due to the vaccum being broken I was not able to have this done. PLEASE TAKE CARE OF THIS!!! More

Best Service Team I have been using the Lou Fusz Service Team for 20 years. I have been with them from the time that they were at Lindbergh and Manchester Road in the t I have been using the Lou Fusz Service Team for 20 years. I have been with them from the time that they were at Lindbergh and Manchester Road in the tiny little Kia dealership to when they transition to Lindbergh and Page and Now at their Gallery Dealership in Creve Coeur, MO. The outstanding automotive service and customer service that I have received throughout these years has made me a Lou Fusz Customer for life. I have had serious repairs and the team has always made it as pleasant as possible. Andy(Service Manager), Zack, Kevin, Nicki, Kevin, Lucas and Carl have always made me and my family feel like family, explaining what needs to be done and taking time to make sure that unnecessary repairs were not done. I want to give a shout out to John, Chris and Ryan back in the garage that do excellent job in repairing my vehicles in a timely manner. More
