I spoke with Clayton on Friday to schedule my appointment the following Monday. Upon my arrival; I was greeted by Andrew. Both were very professional and helpful. Andrew kept me updated on the status of my vehicle and explained the results in laymen's terms. I have been a customer of NYE Toyota since 2014 and have no plans on going anywhere else! I was told that my tire would be able to be patched then was told it could not. At checkout they told me they actually did patch it I said thanks and then asked to just take a look at it. Ended up it was was told it could not. At checkout they told me they actually did patch it I said thanks and then asked to just take a look at it. Ended up it was not patched at all and I had already been charged and l they put it in the back of my car. If I had not double checked I would have never noticed and been charged with a service that never was delivered. The customer should not have to verify a dealers work and then have to ask for a refund. Really embarrassing - I am hoping they will make it right after reading this as nothing was done for me at the dealer. More
