I was told that my tire would be able to be patched then was told it could not. At checkout they told me they actually did patch it I said thanks and then asked to just take a look at it. Ended up it was was told it could not. At checkout they told me they actually did patch it I said thanks and then asked to just take a look at it. Ended up it was not patched at all and I had already been charged and l they put it in the back of my car. If I had not double checked I would have never noticed and been charged with a service that never was delivered. The customer should not have to verify a dealers work and then have to ask for a refund. Really embarrassing - I am hoping they will make it right after reading this as nothing was done for me at the dealer. More
