My appointment was for8am. I dropped my car off the night before. At 10:30 I hadn't heard anything, so I called. It still wasn't in the shop yet. So, at 4:30 I still hadn't hea I dropped my car off the night before. At 10:30 I hadn't heard anything, so I called. It still wasn't in the shop yet. So, at 4:30 I still hadn't heard anything, so I called again. It was just being finished up so I could pick it up. It would have been nice to get updates on my car without me having to call and wonder what was going on with it. More

The attempt to replace parts that did not need to be replaced caused be to rethink where I will be taking my vehicles for repair in the future! Got the job done elsewhere for half the cost. The work that was ordered was done correctly. The items on the dashboard were not addressed- there was one tire that was underinflated. The clock was not reset.
