Very Happy Customer I had the best experience with my purchase! I was looking for a vehicle that I could drive back and forth on my long commute to work. Once I drove the 2019 Toyota Camry XSE, I was in love! I had great service with my salesman Eric Siekierski. He worked closely with the Sales Manager, Andy Brouer, to get me the best deal. This was my first car ever purchased at Christmas time and I was very excited to show up for delivery to find a big red bow and green and red balloons on my car. I even brought a Santa suit for my salesman Eric to wear for a picture with my new car and gladly participated. Thanks also to Tony Signorella for his discussion on financing and warranties. Her current vehicle was old and she needed a safer and more reliable car. Being a 3rd time Camry owner and having purchased two in the last 18 years from this dealership, I had no doubt we came to the right place. I asked to speak with the sales manager due to going to 5 other dealerships ( I no longer live in Rockford) and was frustrated with the service I had received. I met with Andy the sales manager and he was very courteous and respectful and took the time to listen to our needs. He then introduced us to Ryan in sales and I was very impressed with his demeanor. He listened and took the time to answer my questions and went above and beyond to make sure I found the right car. He didn't try to talk me into something else or bs me. He was engaging and real. I didn't get the typical phoniness and runaround I was experiencing at other places. He is rare and knows how to provide excellent service. We quickly came to an agreement on a fair price and proceeded to working with Tony in finance. He was very personable, knowledgeable and happily answered our questions. He too provided excellant service and I'm very grateful for his help. I don't have time to write reviews but I felt these gentlemen deserved to be recognized and recommended for their great service. If you need a car, I highly recommend Ryan! More

He fought for my deal-even if I was disappointed in my trade in value. I would recommend Ryan to anyone. Kim was gracious enough to put my new plates on while Ryan dealt with a family issue and left early. He treated me as I would expect him to treat one of his own customers. I appreciated that. Tony took my cash :). He was super laid back and enjoyable. This was my first experience with a finance manager at a car dealership who I did not feel was slimy. Next time I might consider letting the dealer shop for my financial deal if that’s the experience I can expect. Well done Anderson Toyota. More

Looking for a new car Dusty was the first salesman to talk to me. He walked right up and asked if I needed any help. He was very personable and friendly. Andy helped me the second day. He showed me other car options and helped me find the "perfect" car for me. He, like Dusty, was very personable and friendly. Today I worked with Dusty and Ben. Dusty went over the paperwork with me before he sent me to sign the paperwork with Ben. Ben was very helpful in making sure I understood the warranty and any extras that were included. He gave me multiple payment options. My car was cleaned and detailed before I left the dealership. More
