From Dusti to Andy to Tony they made me feel like a valued customer and made my girlfriend feel just as valued. Working with Dusti (Dustin Oleson) this month to purchase my new 2017 Toyota Prius was a very enjoyable experience. Dusti took care of every concern from A to Z and even came in on his day off to help out. Dusti made sure any details to make my certified car be just as good as new were taken care of as we’d discussed during selection. Dusti was very appreciative and attentive through the whole process. I hope to buy from Dusti again. Tony (Tony Signorella) made the financing go seamless and even where there were concerns and changes, Tony made those go just as seamless to. He certainly understood how to best finance me in a difficult situation after my last car was just totaled in an accident. I would certainly come back to Tony again for any of my financing needs. He helped me find the car I wanted with I recently purchased a 2018 Toyota RAV4 at this dealership. I had a great experience with Frank as a salesman. He helped me find the car I wanted with the features I wanted. He would call or text to check in with me and make sure I had the info I needed during the decision making process but wasn't overly pushy. Frank was extremely knowledgable and was able to tell me everything I needed to know about any car I was interested in The management checked in a couple of times and were also very friendly and always offering to help where they could. When I finally decided and Tony helped me with the finances, he was super friendly and got me the best discounts he could. I had a great car buying experience at Anderson Toyota and would definitely buy my next car there. More

Anderson Toyota of Rockford, both car sal Buying cars, to me, is not an experience I go out looking for; most car dealers are difficult to appreciate. Anderson Toyota of Rockford, both car sales and car service is a rare exception... it is truly a pleasant visit and not a stressful exercise. Toyota salesman, Dave Okerstrom, was very polite and helpful in finding a car that suited our wants and needs. We shopped several other area dealers as well. The past years of experience I have had with the Anderson Toyota Service personnel caused me to work harder at finding a deal with Anderson. While buying a car is a short term experience, driving it several years and keeping it professionally serviced is a long term issue; without the high level professional service a dealer must provide, it makes owing a car less satisfying.The Anderson Toyota Rockford team is as good as it gets. More

They repaired the hail damage as part of the deal. They worked the financing to meet the monthly goal I had set. The whole process occurred in their beautiful showroom.
