Beyond expectations I have purchased many cars through the years. My experience with dealerships has not been very good in the past. I was looking for a truck with low mi I have purchased many cars through the years. My experience with dealerships has not been very good in the past. I was looking for a truck with low miles with warranty. I was very pleased that my salesman offered to deliver the vehicle couple hours away. I never stepped on the dealer lot. In the past, you would have multiple salesman to deal with, each one was better at selling stuff you didn’t want but you would get to a point that you just want to walk away or give in just to get process moving again, I hated the process. This truck purchase was so smooth and easy I can’t find a complaint about anything. I dreaded going to dealerships due to pass experience but this was the BEST I have ever had. Thank you Devin and the others that worked on my purchase making it the smoothest transaction I have experienced. More

As soon as I got to the dealership Karen was so nice and answered all questions I had and explained the Luther Advantage. She also went out of her way to make the few blemishes on the used car I purchased less noticable. They got us through with the financing as quickly as possible for a busy Saturday. Buyer beware Recently purchased an 09 GMC Denali. When I called to see if it was available I was informed it was sold. Later Andy Canaday called back to say it was Recently purchased an 09 GMC Denali. When I called to see if it was available I was informed it was sold. Later Andy Canaday called back to say it was out for paint. I went to the Luther family GMC to look at the vehicle was informed it had been inspected and ready to go. Found the paint on the drivers door had a noticeable run in the recent paint. When I informed the salesman Nevin Beauchamp, I overheard him telling the finance guy “he noticed the run in the paint”. Had them redo the job before the purchase. That evening noticed a cab running light is out. Needed to be replaced- 3 days later pick the unit up found the power mirrors not working, to which the salesman replied “it doesn’t have them” (it does)..After reading the owners manual, contacted them to have it inspected and repaired. They replaced the passengers side power mirror. Said the driver is fine it works (some times). 2 days later auto start did not work, no heat, get to work .... battery dead... the battery had to be replaced. Another inconvenience to schedule. Glad I didn’t leave town for the weekend! Next the front tire sensor goes out.. back in for service. After a closer look found weathered tires I wouldn’t call safe. Replaced tires on my own dime.Overall- The unit was NOT fully inspected and the inconvenience was horrible! Would have preferred a better price out of all the inconvenience. In the end Nevin Beauchamp knows a friend of mine and used him as a reference to send the former service manager a $50 gift card. Shady, under educated about the product thanks for truck. But I would go to Luther’s for service and would recommend Gateway. More
