The staff obviously wanted to meet and even exceed customer expectations. We drove 4 1/2 hours to try this car and don't regret that at all. We were trying two different vehicles, and Nathan even pulled up the other car to compare, stating he wanted to make sure that I have what I want in a car. Nothing negative about the other place/car, just to ensure that the customer is happy. Andy worked to get financing that could be better or at least match my bank interest rate when I found out that I could not use my Home Equity Credit Card (which my credit union advised me to do as they would be closed when I got to the dealer, and we would convert it on Monday to a car loan). And he achieved that goal! Andy also ensured that my registration was taken care of on the spot --- something that cost me an extra $1000 from state charges with my previous Napleton, IL purchase when they delayed sending me the proper documents so I was unable to register it on time. Nothing like that with Belzer's......all was checked off and done and license plate is being mailed to my house. Staff stayed late to ensure all was done, including having ?Ethan? help me to learn all details about the car before driving away. When I called and left a message about setting up Sirius Radio, I had the information that I needed at 0800 on Monday -- they sent it immediately after receiving it. I got a call to see how things are afterwards and received good information/help when needed. I have to say that I was nothing but impressed. My boyfriend said he saw a lot of plaques for consecutive year after year of "Best Dealer in Minnesota" when we talked about what a good experience it was. I didn't see them, but I can honestly state that I can see why they would win them. I would purchase another car from them in a heartbeat....even if I had to drive 4 1/2 hours again.
