My first purchase at Jeff Belzer's Lakeville The entire car buying experience was fantastic. This was my first visit to Jeff Belzer's Lakeville location. The facility itself was very clean The entire car buying experience was fantastic. This was my first visit to Jeff Belzer's Lakeville location. The facility itself was very clean and well organized. I meet with Casey Klies (sales) who did a wonderful job listening to what I was looking for and had the exact vehicle that I was looking for. From the point that I decided on the exact SUV i wanted, the entire purchasing process about 60 minutes - which was amazing. I had an entire team working for me and the transition from one team member to the next was great. From sales, I met with Cole Hawkins (accessories manager) who helped me pick out all season floor mats and headrest dvd players. Next I met with Andy Crowder (Finance) who had all the paperwork ready in record time. And finally, I had a training session with Donny Abbound III (Devliery Coordinator) who showed me how everything works on the SUV. During this entire process, another team was prepping the car to get it ready the minute I signed the paperwork. Terrific team work and coordination!! Since this was a surprise for my wife, we stopped in the next day and Donny had another training session to show her all the gadgets in the SUV. From my experiences purchasing cars at other dealers, this was hands down my best experience. I definitely recommend Jeff Belzer's to anyone looking for great service. More
