I had been car shopping for My first impression of Jeff Belzer's is that it is a HUGE car lot. My second impression was Justin Englin, my salesperson. I had been car shopping for several weeks and met a lot of sales people, Justin was by far the best one I met. He was pleasant and personable, but not pushy. He spoke honestly with me about prices and the car itself, not trying to talk in circles to get me to spend more money. I was upfront with him about what I could afford and he adhered to that the entire time. I felt that he was working for me, instead of against me. He really put in extra effort on my behalf to sell my situation to his boss and get me the price I could afford. The end result is that I paid what I could afford, a fair price, for the vehicle I wanted. Mostly, through my interactions with Justin, I felt safe and cared for, not that I was just a walking payday, the experience you get so many other places. He was terrific about keeping me informed each step of the buying process so I always knew what was happening and what was expected of me. I truly felt like Justin was going out of his way to make the experience as seamless as possible and to ensure that I was a valued customer to him. Additionally, I had a very positive experience with Andy Crowder, in finance. He was personable and very efficient, I spent only minutes in his office as he breezed me through the payment and final paperwork. The only thing that kept this review from five stars was the manager, Josh Heimkes. He was difficult to deal with and kept trying to convince me to finance more money for the car, which is unacceptable. He made me feel undervalued as a customer and if it were him alone I dealt with, I wouldn't have bought a car from Jeff Belzer's. The experience with Josh was far more like I've received from other salespeople. Obviously there is another way, due to my experience with Justin. Justin more than made up for that portion of the experience and they are lucky to have him on their team. I would 100% recommend him if you are looking to buy a car. More

Nice Staff Members, Not enough staff for Sales taking place Our over all experience with the staff was good. Our salesman was helpful, but a bit to busy with multiple sales going on at once. He made sure to show us the vehicles we were interested in, and gave us multiple options, but spent most of the time running around trying to keep multiple customers happy. Which is good, but left us hanging around with a lot of lag time between being able to discuss what we wanted. We arrived at the dealer at 1:45pm, decided on the car we wanted by 2:30pm, but did not get down to the nitty gritty of the deal until around 4:00PM. Then it was to the customer lounge to wait for finance, and the detail dept. to get our new Cruze ready. It took another hour to get in to finance, thirty minutes there, then back to customer lounge. Another forty five minutes to get the car back from detail dept., which we were informed was backed up. Then we had our meeting with the delivery coordinator. We did not leave in our new car until 7:00PM. The sales staff was very nice, the finance guy was nice to work with, and our delivery coordinator answered all the questions I had. Overall, had no big issues, and was happy with the deal on my new car. Just got tired of the hurry up and wait process. More

Alan was great in explaining the quality and value of the Kia Soul. Blair was super pleasant and helpful in regards to assisting us with a couple add ons. Hunter patiently went through all the features in the vehicle and set up our blue tooth for us. Andy, the finance guy was very funny and made a process that could be long and boring, actually fun. I hope the powers that be appreciate these employees, because they are the ones that make a purchasers decision to come back the next time or not. More

Then I had a problem with the hvac and door locks, this is when the service went bad. The service manager said he would call me back the next day with what they would do to correct the problem, that was on Tuesday and still no word from him and it is now Thursday pm. I called and left a message for Jeff Belzer to call me on Wednesday and as of Thursday pm still no call from him. The service is the worst I have ever had from any chev dealer and I have been buying chev cars and trucks since 2006 just not from this dealership. THIS WILL BE THE LAST VEHICLE I EVER buy from a Belzer owned company. More
