The dealership was buzzing with employees and customers but we felt like he was really trying to make sure he spent the time he needed to with us to make sure we got what we wanted! He brought Joe in to meet us to work out financing. We knew exactly how much we were willing/able to spend per month. Joe didnt really care about that, my trade in value seemed a little low. Then after a pretty long wait we met with Andy, who was awesome. He understood what our needs were and also that we were in a time crunch because we had already been there over 3 hours by this point. After, Andy helped us, we signed all the papers for my 2016 Chevy Traverse lease and Hunter brought us out to the newly detailed car! Pretty good experience but would have allotted more time than I initially expected. More

Great experience I contacted Bob Portwood before I even came down to give me a quote on a car out the door before tax and license no one could even come close in a 500 I contacted Bob Portwood before I even came down to give me a quote on a car out the door before tax and license no one could even come close in a 500 mile radius to match the price he quoted me when I got there there was no hidden fees the numbers were exactly what he said they treated us as the dealership for someone buying a car and when they asked where they could improve on we told them just the waiting around for the financing paperwork and they explain to us that it was not them but rather the banks getting back to them on our interest rate and approval all employees were knowledgeable for every question we asked about the cars and different models as well. And I don't see his name on here but a big shout out to Scottie, he took me through my car and all its features ask for him as he knew exactly what he was talking about and had answers for any and all your questions about your new vehicle features More

Good experience I already knew what car I wanted to buy-- I just needed to make sure that it would fit my carseats and kids in the back and that I got the best price. I scheduled an appointment on a busy Saturday and was allowed to go and try to fit my carseats into the backseat and check out the space in the back of a 2016 Kia Soul. That all worked out great, so it was just a matter of waiting to decide to pull the trigger. Two months later, on another busy Saturday, I emailed Paul Johnson and asked a few remaining questions. He answered all of them. I told him that I didn't want to be waiting around all day with my two little kids, so he worked with me to complete all of my financing online. A few hours later I got a call letting me know that everything worked out and drove down. I came in (did wait 2 hours to see financing because it was busy) and just a few signatures later, drove away in my new car. It really couldn't have been any easier. More

Andy helped with the financing of the vehicle. He was great in making the whole procedure as easy and quick as possible while keeping me informed step by step. Scott delivered my new car. He sat in the vehicle with me and my two very small children while Alejandro helped with the carseats. Scott walked me through all of the features of the vehicle ranging from the technology to placing the floor mats. He showed me how to use everything and the resources that I had in case I forgot anything. He was very friendly and knowledgable, and I felt comfortable asking all of my questions without feeling rushed. I was treated very respectfully and feel proud to be driving a vehicle with Jeff Belzer's name on it! More
