It may have had something to do with it being Boxing Day, but I kind of doubt it. The show floor was clean, and there is a waiting room with coffee, TV, and popcorn - just in case. I had previously only been emailing my salesman (Andy Brinkhaus) and must have emailed him 10 or 12 times before I was satisfied we had found the right truck. When we arrived, Andy greeted us like old friends, got us coffee & water, then walked us through our truck purchase. It was a busy day at the vehicle lot, but our financing was completed fairly quickly - within 45 minutes. We were greeted by our, for lack of knowing the actual term, concierge, Scotty - who sat with us until financing was ready for us. Scotty led us to the financing office where we met another Andy, who was pleasant and informative. After all papers were signed, Scotty met up with us to go over the features in our new truck and made sure we didn't have any questions before we left. All three helped us with great attitudes, zero pressure, and didn't even mind our noisy, pen throwing, 10 month old. Thanks guys! More
