Very understanding, patient and she followed up with me. The entire service team at Rallye made an unpleasant situation smooth & seemless. My car left my (9 month) pregnant wife stranded on the side of the highway. Roadside came, issued us a loaner and ultimately, I was able to get into a new car based on the repeated service issues my vehicle had. I don't expect any luxury car to be perfect. They have a lot electronics which can become defective at any moment. The EXPERIENCE from Lisa and the service management team (Charlie & Keith) was fantastic. Anyone can sell you a car, but great service and a pleasant experience when you are frustrated and having problems is hard to find. I'm a raving fan of Rallye and I HIGHLY recommend you purchase from them. - Kevin Douglas More

Knowledge and Helpful I had bad experience with the Delivery Specialist, Fred and went the Sales Manager. He brought me Andy to take care of the opening questions. Even though Andy is in the sales and the service he provided me was not his responsibility and the sale was through other salesman, Tom Walton. Andy demonstrated care and knowledge, which is a treasure of Rallye Motors ion Roslyn. If you are not sure who should be the salesman you should look for, Andy FU is my recommendation. More

Andy Fu is a friendly and genuine guy. Very helpful and the most knowledgeable salesperson I have come across at Rallye. My parents bought the E class from Andy. The guy knew the car inside out. He didn't the most knowledgeable salesperson I have come across at Rallye. My parents bought the E class from Andy. The guy knew the car inside out. He didn't need the book for doing any option. It was an awesome experience. It seemed he had thoroughly studied the car and had memorized the book. I would highly recommend Andy to anyone and would go back to him for my next purchase. More
