Unlike many other dealers, they do not bait you in with a very attractive advertised price and then tack on thousands of dollars in additional fees to the final price; instead, what you see is what you get. Their staff proved exceptionally patient and helpful as I navigated the process, never pushing the sale but, instead, doing everything in their power to help us locate a model that matched the exact specifications we desired. Our salesperson, Levontae Knox, took the time to explain EVERY key feature of the car (I was upgrading from a MUCH older car) and configure them before even leaving the lot. This is the second car I have purchased from Paramount Auto Group (the other from the Ford dealership in Valdese) and I highly recommend them to anyone else who may be in the market! More
