I have purchased two vehicles from this dealership one instantly had to be brought in for service for oil leak and engine light. I spent almost 3 months of trying to pick up my car. Getting it and having instantly had to be brought in for service for oil leak and engine light. I spent almost 3 months of trying to pick up my car. Getting it and having the check engine light come right back. They sublett the car repairs to a Luther Buick Cadillac and every time the car came back I was given an invoice with no details of repairs. I asked the managers to get back to me with what was repaired on the vehicle and all I received was word of mouth. I had just dealt with a lemon from Luther Volkswagen in Burnsville it felt like almost 2 years of constantly bringing this car in for repairs and then dealing with similar quality issues. The attention to detail is non-existent. Every time I tried to pick up the Buick I purchased it was on empty regardless of the amount it was brought back with. There was oil smudges in the car and then icing on the cake was the check engine light came back. Luther Nissan Kia bought the car back and like an idiot I gave them another chance. I didn't have time to inspect the 2016 Nissan rogue thoroughly as I was pressed for that me and had to work early the next day. I was relying on the dealership to inspect the vehicle and make sure things were functional as stated on their websites. I brought the car in and it had bolts holding parts on that were usually plastic clips. The bolts were not fastened and just placed in the holes. This was fixed after I pointed it out and all would have been fine except I asked about the stereo as the speakers sound blown. They gave the car back and fixed nothing. I checked the radio settings for base treble etc. They had turned the base down and the treble all the way up. This to me was the last issue. The only thing I can think of why is they tried to show the stereo was functional by dropping the settings to compensate for the trash speakers. I will most likely not be back to this dealership or any other Luther entity as my experience has been far less than expected. More

I was very satisfied with the whole process. They had the car we wanted at an excellent price. When we were researching used cars online, Luther Kia gave you the CarMax service report, which was very helpful. Not every dealership does that. I also appreciated how the business manager laid out what was available for options for additional services, but did not use a high pressure sales tactic like we have experienced in the past at other dealerships. Highly recommend their knowledge and expertise on the car we were test driving. I found the right car with all the features I was looking for in a used car! More
