We already owned a 2016 CRV and were extremely satisfied. I had a preconceived amount I "needed" for the trade-in and Andy and his Manager were willing to negotiate. Once that was settled, we proceeded with the purchase. Even though their inventory included many All Wheel Drive CRV's, that type was not necessary for us Snowbirds. Andy was very patient with our numerous questions and concerns. The result being a beautiful Radiant Red CRV, which was better than we could have hoped for or imagined. The final touch of Andy's service was showing us all of the new and/or enhanced controls and dials before we left the lot. We have dealt exclusively with Andy for many years and his relationship is not solely for sales, his attention shows he really cares. More
