Andy took the time to go out and find the van I was interested in and took a video of the van for us. We instantly knew that Andy was customer service oriented , and wanted to do business with him. Once we arrived at the dealership Andy had the van ready to go for the test drive. He went over the features of the van so we knew what to expect when test driving. Andy was friendly and easy to talk to. Not once was he pressuring us to purchase the vehicle . Once we decide to purchase the vehicle he went over all our options. His customer service was always his first priority. Before we left with our new van Andy had the vans settings programmed to our liking the van was washed and had a full tank of gas. Andy was amazing from beginning to end we would definitely do business with him at Don Ayres Honda in the future . More
