He took the time to forward numerous pictures, inform me about the open recalls they were clearing, and remove unwanted custom tinting to ensure I was comfortable with the vehicle that I was unable to preview in person. After driving hours to the dealership, everything was as smooth as one could expect. andy and the staff were friendly, and all of the paperwork and exchanges of vehicles were easy.
