Hello, and welcome to Luther! My name is Andy. I was drawn to the auto industry by the opportunity to meet and work with new people from all over. I love to hear people's stories, and have been known to tell a few myself. I grew up here in the Twin Cities, and have lived in a few different places throughout the Midwest between school and work, but am happy to call Minnesota my home once more. In my spare time I enjoy anything and everything that has to do with the outdoors, especially if water is included. My goal is to make the car buying experience fun and enjoyable for my guests. Andy was knowledgeable about the vehicle we purchased. AWESOME experience with SALES and Management team! Andy Jones is my GO TO guy, very open and knowledgeable. They are down to the earth for customer. I got my first palisade in 2022 Aug from Bloo Andy Jones is my GO TO guy, very open and knowledgeable. They are down to the earth for customer. I got my first palisade in 2022 Aug from Bloomington Luther, it was a great experience with sales and management, especially Andy Jones. After couple of days, I noticed wind noise issue and also experienced engine rattling issue where car was not moving more than 10miles during cold temperature. Spent 2000+ miles to run around repair and diagnosis, no luck. The Hyundai CSS Department is awful and useless, it really made me to think about not go for Hyundai anymore. But, Andy Jones and his management at Bloomington Hyundai are turned me other way, tried their best to resolve my concern, helped to get a new vehicle. Well taken care! Finally I have worry free car. More
