I was recommended by a work colleague who had already purchased a Challenger from Westbury. He told me to speak with a guy called Andy. I have owned a lot of Mopars in my life and would like to think I know a thing or two about them. I have to say that after speaking with Andy for only a few minutes, I was completely blindsided!! If this guy wasn't British, I would swear he was a direct descendant from the Dodge brothers themselves. It took me all of 10 minutes to decide that I was buying my car from him no matter what. Andy is very technical minded and went over every detail of my Scat Pack before ordering. I was advised that I would have a lengthy wait from the factory, which I was really grateful for, most dealers wouldn't be as honest on the build time, Andy estimated it almost to the day. I picked my car up on the last day of the month, the atmosphere is the dealership is incredible, I can honestly say I have never seen so much activity. My car was in the actual showroom waiting for me with a cover over it. I had to wait a little for the paperwork, but I can honestly say I enjoyed waiting. Tom helped out with the paperwork, he is also a great guy and took the time to go over our contract and explain it in detail. Probably the most surprising part of my delivery was when I was informed that Westbury is the largest Jeep dealership in the world. I can assure anyone that is thinking of visiting this place, that the experience is unparalleled. I will be recommending everyone I know to come here. More

Excellent experience so far This is my second time at WJCD. I leased my 300s there and I was on the market for a scat pack. I chased dealer inventories for a couple of weeks and This is my second time at WJCD. I leased my 300s there and I was on the market for a scat pack. I chased dealer inventories for a couple of weeks and heard everything from $3,000 - $10,000 over sticker to the car is not available at all. I decided to return to WJCD even though the online stock showed none available and see what my options may be. Kazy and Andy immediately explained to me the factory order process and Andy even gave me the keys to his own personal scat pack to look at. I stayed almost an hour past closing with them and worked out a decent deal and I walked almost 100% happy (I am now waiting for the factory order). Both of them were extremely professional without any pressure and with a lot of knowledge and honesty. I will post a follow up review once I get my baby. So far so good and extremely pleased with WJCD and the people that work there. More

In this specific scenario, they really have exceeded my expectations. This was a custom order, one I have been tracking and researching since last summer. The Challenger Scat Pack Shaker 392 Hemi was a difficult car to research, track and order. I was actually dealing with another dealership (through a friendly connection) and that turned out to be disastrous. They missed the first week window so I went to Westbury. Their sales rep that helped me, Mike Mineo, was also their Challenger expert. He knew every detail about the order and easily walked me through the process. He set expectations up front on the length of the process, and it was very spot on (almost to the day!). Andy, Amy, and Faith were also instrumental in solidifying this deal. I cannot thank them enough! More

The truck we wanted was not there on the the lot, but rather it was on a different location where they store the cars. After talking for a while, Andy drove us there so we could see it. We fell in love with it and went back this morning to pick it up. Andy not only was waiting for us, he had the paperwork all ready to go, had already spoken to our insurance company and was finalizing some last minute things. It was a seamless transaction from beginning to end and was completed with a full tutorial of how to take the tops off and use the navigation system. However, after coming to Westbury Jeep and my experience with Andy Liddle, shopping around was hard. He was a pleasure to talk to and do business with. After buying 2 cars in the past and having gone to dealerships with other people when they wanted to buy a car, I have never met a salesperson quiet like Andy before. As are most sales people, Andy was extremely knowledgeable and was able to answer just about all of my questions. But what really set him apart from everyone else was the fact that he was not pushy at all. He actually listened to what I wanted and had to say and did not try to up sell me or sell me anything that I didn't need just make the extra sale. I have even gone to other Jeep dealerships where the salesperson was pressuring me to buy a car on the spot that I didn't like and wasn't ready to purchase just so he could make his quota. Andy is the opposite. He is honest, kind, and was willing to work with me on whatever I needed. I would 100% recommend this dealership and salesperson to anyone. Even if you don't plan on buying a Jeep, I would still go to this dealership to meet Andy so you can see how a proper salesperson should act. More
