Jerry was a great help with the process. He was very easy to work with, and we would not hesitate to work with him again. The detailing our vehicle received, however, was subpar. There were still crumbs a to work with, and we would not hesitate to work with him again. The detailing our vehicle received, however, was subpar. There were still crumbs all over the back seats, glove compartments not cleaned out, and what appears to be old spilled liquid still dried to the seats. Jerry assured us the vehicle went through the same detailing all others have gone through, but we feel the detailing team did the bare minimum work; if the van has already been sold, no need for a deep detail like the other lot vehicles. If it weren't for the bad detailing job, customer service would be an easy 5 stars. Finally, the financing team was easy to work with. Andy was able to get us in and out quite quickly. Not to mention he found us a better rate! What a pro! More
