Wonderful Experience dealing with CBB! First time doing an online purchase of a vehicle, and I was apprehensive at first, but Andy made me comfortable with purchasing online. 2nd car purchase and will return. Have really enjoyed the service department, Fast and Honest; Morgan was great to work with. The $847 add on for the new purchase is a little concerning, I understand why you service department, Fast and Honest; Morgan was great to work with. The $847 add on for the new purchase is a little concerning, I understand why you do it but it does not leave you with much choice, I would suggest a few options for returning clients as that one thing leaves me a little uneasy. Other than that a pleasant experience, the price of the vehicle was on the higher end of the book value however I like the car and the dealership.
